After waiting 20 mins for a table we were ignored for another 20 mins. When we ordered we were called stupid for not ordering properly So we decided to leave. Given only Hawaiians were served And not called stupid I have to assume tourists are not welcome. Do not ever go here!!!!!!

This is the real deal if you want real Hawaiian food. Had breakfast there and we had enough for 4, but ordered for 2. The banana macademia pancake and french toast is to die for...dont even need syrup. Envrionment was NOT extravagent...like I said...this is the place where real Hawaiian folks go.

A must-eat-here restaurant for visitors. There is usually a long line outside the restaurant, but the wait is short. The portions are huge, and the pancakes--which are part of all egg dish orders--are gigantic. Fun and filling.

Guitar serenade over Mac nut waffles as light as a cloud for mlady and hearty moco loco with Kahlua pork and hollandaise for myself. Slight wait for an outdoor table but definitely the better choice of seating. Keep it on the regular go to list

Dining with locals, value dining and good. Big selection. Huge breakfasts. We loved it. Waimea is about 10 dergrees cooler than Kona and HSC is 1/2 the price for dining. It's small, had to wait but so worth it. Very memorable.

When we arrived at the restaurant there were about 15 people waiting outside to get in. We knew it was going to be good. We got seated after waiting about 20 minutes. The service was very fast and the food was delicious. There was so much food that we couldn't eat it all.

Good varied menus plus a whole lot of daily specials. I had a vegetable omelet and it was way more than I could eat. The vegetables were fresh and well-cooked. Plan for a wait to get a table.

Large portions of home cooked food. A local hangout, but not to be missed. One pancake more than covers the plate. Love the macadamia/coconut pancakes. The BLT sandwich had the most bacon I have ever had on a sandwich.
