Okay for breakfast

Immediate seating for weekday breakfast; friendly wait staff; nothing particularly memorable on the menu. Omelettes are good; serving of hash brown potatoes is generous. Reasonable prices.

Drove over from Hilo for breakfast. Food was quick and great! Cute little country restaurant with lots of cowboy history. Definitely make it back there when in Waimea!

My wife and I usually visit the farmers' market for our vegetables, then we go across the parking lot to Paniolo Inn for breakfast. The owner and staff are great--friendly and attentive. Prices are reasonable. I recommend this "village" inn for breakfast.

We brought our grandkids here 7 years ago. Our then 10 year old grandson raved about the Hollandaise Sauce on the Eggs Benedict. And he continued to talk about it and how great it was, almost as good as Mom's. We had the opportunity to visit the Big Island again so made it a point to have breakfast here. And... More

we haven't been here for a few years because of bad food and we went now only because of family. Our food was terrible. Fish was like leather and dressing bad. Spaghetti sauce tasted like it came out of a can..just a real negative experience, again!!! Outdated and feels dirty...not enough wait service. However the waitress we had for a... More

Amazing homemade food and about the only reasonable food prices in all of Hawaii. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and desserts are all delicious

The restaurant was an easy walk from where I was staying and I had the locomoco for breakfast. Service was efficient.

Sorry I really dont have anything nice to say about this place. The staff seems unhappy, the place needs a good cleaning and is very dark and dated. Oh the food is not very good

Yes, the decor is outdated, and yes, it's comfort food. This isn't new contemporary, fancy, served with an orchid on the plate food. But the price is excellent and the food is good. I didn't try the stew, but I wish I would have ordered it. Virtually every other table did and it looked great, but I didn't notice until... More

Terrible food and service. Husband ordered guacamole and put on fish sandwich. The guacamole was ruined. He called it to the attention of wait staff and they took it to the back. Thirty minutes and no one returned so we went to the checkout register. They say they will not charge for guacamole. He refuses to pay for sandwich because... More
