Great lunch!

We stopped by here for lunch knowing nothing about it and it was great. We ordered a quinoa bowl with fresh ahi and a ahi pesto pasta. The ingredients were fresh unique and delicious. The service was friendly and the prices were good.

We liked this little stop and they were very nice and we sat right down for lunch. As for the other reviews that it's the best pizza- have they ever been to New York or Chicago? This is good pizza, fresh salads, and reasonable price for a ample serving but not remarkable!

Best lunch we had in Hawaii during a nine day trip. I ordered the salad/pizza lunch combo. The Venters salad was fresh, crisp, delicious. The pizza was awesome. If I'm ever near weimea again, I'll go back.

Friendly staff. The pizza was the best I've ever tasted. We also ordered the Super food salad. Yumm. There is also some fun shops close by and an art gallery so worth a few hours in Waimea.

This was recommended by our concierge at our hotel in Waikoloa if we were in this area. Drove 10 miles to get here and was not disappointed. Fresh catch Ono fish sandwich and salad was best on island so far!!! Boys all wanted a pizza and said it was great! Service was friendly and prompt!! A definite thumbs up from... More

We stopped inn for lunch. The staff was friendly, and the place reasonably full. We ordered a pasta dish and a slice. As it turns out, the pizza is sold in threes - three slices per order. Ok, no big deal. When it arrived, the pasta was tasty. The pizza left a lot to be desired. Supposedly hand made on... More

Located just behind the big-name haute cuisine restaurant (starts with an m), Pau is a small, clean, friendly place where the locals know the food is fresh and the price is reasonable. We usually get the fish, but the salads are outstanding and the pizza has a good reputation. It can get pretty noisy with conversations all around, but once... More

My husband & I spent nearly 3 weeks visiting the island of Hawaii and found this to be one of the best stops we made for lunch during our travels. The food was great, beer was cold, and service was the friendliest and fastest we have seen in a long time. Pizza was fantastic and the appetizer (bruschetta with organic... More

Went to the Big Island to see the volcano and stopped at Pau for lunch. Had the best Cream of Mushroom Soup we've had in years. It was creamy but not overpowering, there were little bits of chopped mushrooms throughout, and the flavor was delicious. We also had the Primavera: I had Chicken and my husband had Pesto Pasta Ono... More

Right after the Waipio valley hike (all the way down to the falls and the beach), my husband and I were starving to death. It was late afternoon and we were unable to find any place open at 3:30 pm for lunch. Pau to the rescue! I had the fresh island fish sandwich and my husband had the pesto pasta.... More
