The food was outstanding having character that was unparalleled by other establishments. The wine list is to die for. The service was outstanding. The only negative was the disconnect between the ambiance and the building. We would have preferred a more rustic setting given the history of the village.

Wish this restaurant was on the Mainland. Had lunch here a week ago and thoroughly enjoyed it. Best ono ever. The food generally compares well to any other restaurant in Hawaii. A shame it takes six hours on an airplane to get to it. Hope to return again some day.
