Good Japanese food, one of the local favorites. Although, if you haven't ever been to Hilo, you will find it is limited in nicer dining establishments as compared to the Kona side of the Big Island. more

I love this restaurant. Sure, sometimes the servers seem a bit moody. Just get over it. Sometimes they're really friendly. Wow. I was surprised to see this fine restaurant called "filthy." This is Hawaii: its hot and open air buildings are common as they are more comfortable and the views are fantastic. If you demand a spotless dining experience then much of the finest food on the island will be lost to you- and it will be MUCH more expensive.... more

This is one of the filthiest places i have ever eaten in America..with the exception of a dump called Sheik's on Maui. To see anything worst one would have to go to a third world country. To top it off the food is extremely unhealthy, all deep fried and served with white rice. more
