The food served, the prices, and the service all add up to an excellent rating compared to the disappointments in the Hilo / Volcano restaurants. We enjoyed the Poke and Sushi. If they are open, it’s not a fancy restaurant but you would get a satisfying meal, service and a good value. more

Unpretentious "local" place with delicious, fresh sushi at great prices. So many choices of sushi rolls, you almost can't choose. Sashimi also excellent. You can also order hot food (tempura, etc.) which comes from affiliated Tsunami restaurant across the street. No liquor license, so bring your own beer or wine. Very good prices. In Hilo town. more
