After asking our waitress, Nikki, at Las Fuentes, for her recommendation , we were treated to one of the most flavorable & unique dishes we've has on along time. Chipotle aioli el pollo en lote combines aioli corn, raspberry chipotle sauce & chicken breasts in a delightful Dish that we will travel out of our way to experience again.

Loved the dinner we had. It was a good amount of very tasty food for the money. The people at the restaurant were also very friendly!

Good Mexican food...not authentic Mexican, but good! Good value for the price. We enjoy eating here.

Good food that is fast. It is usually busy from tourists, locals, and people from surrounding towns. Not quite a full service bar but has a good beer selection (no microbrews) and margaritas. The atmosphere could use a dusting.

I was traveling with a very picky child. She is still talking about the food at this place 10 days later. The food is fresh, homemade, and they use local beef. It was very tasty and nicely presented. I also had a specialty blueberry margarita, and found it wonderful with freshly blended blueberries and a good amount of tequila. Had... More

We really enjoyed our dinner here. The chille rellenos and tamales were fantastic. The house margaritas were tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even let us make our own combinations. All of the kids enjoyed their meals. I am told the hamburger was great. We would certainly eat here again.

Mexican food in a small Wyoming town is a gamble. I tested Las Fuentes by trying their tamales, and they were quite good, as was the pork green chile. The mild salsa was very mild, but my husband liked the spicier version. Great atmosphere. Better than most Mexican restaurants in small northern towns, for sure. I'd go there again.

Our family of 4 dined here during our stay in Thermopolis. Salsa was good. Margaritas were okay. Ordered a peach margarita but didn't taste like peach at all. Took back to the bar to add more peach schnapps. Second attempt was no better. Very, very bland Mexican food. Would probably not recommend for the price.

When I'm with a group that wants to go here I always get the Fish and Chips, which tells you what I think of the Mexican Food. The Fish and Chips (I like the sweet potato fries) are good. You might have to ask for malt vinegar, but they do have it. The mexican food is, in my opinion, a... More
