Sheridan visitors need to add this to their list of "to dos". Quaint taste of the West. Good selection of beer. Staff is friendly and patrons can soak up Sheridan and Wyoming atmosphere.

Spent a week in Sheridan as part of our vacation and somehow ended up here almost every night. Had read in one of the reviews that this place was small and smoky so I was glad to discover that they are now NON-smoking, and that's part of the reason why we kept coming back. One girl working there was very... More

The service and atmosphere are still like I remember it from years past. This is a true old Western bar. I love the frosty cold looking "End of the Trail" picture at the back of the cedar booths. I did note that the brands are still in the wood but there were far more trainers and tennis shoes on the... More

I did not have dinner but did stop for a few beers. It is a great place to go for drinks. If ever in town again I'll stop by.

The place is over 106 years old. Remodeled in the 40's and is about as authentic as a "saloon" can be. Quite a display of local history in the pictures, brands and stuffed animals that adorn every nook and cranny. No food service but a full bar and an afternoons fun for those seeking authenticity.

I guess maybe I expected a bit more of..."something" inside this bar from the large reputation that it has. It wasn't that our experience was bad, but it sure wasn't anything special or particularly memorable in my opinion. The bar is just a regular "Wyoming bar." I could tell who was inside as a local and who was inside as... More

It had been a few years since I was last in the Mint. Took my daughter there for dinner, since it was ranked #5 on TA. There is no food, only drinks. Wound up at the Pony Bar a couple of blocks away. See my review of it.

I'm a Brazilian student and I lived in Sheridan from December 5th until March 16th. I went to Mint Bar only once and I do regret because I should have gone there several times... It's a comfortable place with great people working there. Anyone who goes to Sheridan (one of the most beautiful towons in the US) must visit Mint... More

This is a fun place to come and look around. It won't take long, it's a small place. A great atmosphere for a drink or two. Check out all the animal mounts, historic photos and cattle branding iron marks.
