We were coming out of the Bighorn Mountains and were starving, so decided to give this roadside stop a try. We were impressed! Service was great and the meals were cheap. Food was freshly prepared...nothing extravagant but delicious nonetheless. It was cozy and made our day. =)

7 y/o son: Awesome and then there's more meat. Yummy! 13 y/o daughter: I had a grilled chicken breast sandwich which was eh...The waitress was really nice, though, and I had a delicious milk shake. It also served as a nice rest area since it was the only thing for a bajillion smillion miles. 41 y/o wife/mother: I enjoyed the... More

I really like this place. I just stopped by to get a soda and some cheese for my backpacking trip. The service was great, the staff was very friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. I will stop by again for a meal.

Driving from Mt Rushmore toward Yellowstone, long travel day...mountain mountain mule dear, more mountains and then Dirty Annie's! I was so happy to think about a refreshing beverage and a bathroom, that I over looked the possibility the name held!! And what a cozy, friendly place to refresh your spirits with food , drink and great conversation with the waitress... More

Dirty Annie's is located in the small town of Shell, Wyoming-between Cody and Sheridan. As soon as we walked in it was clear that it was a local favorite. The owners were very friendly and talked to everyone that came in. It was fun listening to the locals joke around- it made me want to live there! The food was... More

A great place to stop for a slice of pie and a coffee. I had blueberry and my wife had apple - but were fantastic and others eating at the same time proclaimed the tastiness of all flavours. Reasonably priced, a great atmosphere and very friendly folks. Highly recommended for a stop and a snack - don't just pass by!

Our tour group stopped for lunch at "Dirty Annie's" and were entertained by "Irv" the cowboy who told stories of local interest. We all enjoyed burgers and Bison burgers, browsing the gift shop, prompt service and even digging out back for fossilized shells. Definitely an interesting stop.

My family spent several nights up in the Bighorns at a campground at 9300 feet. Two of our party came down with altitude sickness, so we decamped and headed for lower ground. We came to Dirty Annie's, and the breakfast there restored our ailing campers. Friendly, cheerful staff, huge pancakes, huckleberries, decent coffee, not expensive. Yeah, stop at Dirty Annie's. Don't... More
