I really dont like giving reviews like this but here is our experience. After reading reviews thought this would be a good place to stop, but I was somewhat disappointed in the food. After 12 hours of driving, we were ready to "wash the dust out of our parched throats". Bitter Creek Brewing was the perfect solution! The beer was really good (loved the kolsch) and the Thai Chicken Nachos were WONDERFUL! My wife and I split an order, and still couldn't finish it!

A really refreshing stop after a day on the road. The house pale ale is very good. The ribs were delicious. The salad was fresh and the Bleu cheese dressing is wonderful. The service was excellent. Will definitely stop by again on my next trip through Wyoming.

Stopped here on a road trip thru Wyoming. Enjoyed the food, service was good. The greeter at the door was very friendly and helpful, we use a wheelchair but it was easily accessible. It was pretty crowded with locals and visitors, but not too noisy, easy for conversation. Food was good; we had salads which were crisp and fresh. We... More

This restaurant has a real neat atmosphere with all the brewing apparatuses throughout. I am not a drinker myself, but I hear the freshly brewed beer is great. I enjoy their food, especially the artichoke dip and French onion soup. Fun for families, couples and large groups.

Great food, great beer, great service and a chill atmosphere. A nice break from the usual Rock Springs experience.

For starters it IS a microbrewery which serves GOOD food. They have a beer sampler which is fun as you then can decide on what you like and then get a glass or pitcher of that brew. The food is always good from the chefs special to the items on the menu. Their appetizers could be a meal in itself... More

Although the fast-food restaurants along I-84 beckon, it's worth driving into the historic downtown of Rock Springs for Bitter Creek Brewing. Local food is always better and you get a little bit of the soul of a town. We were glad to get out of the hotel strip for a fun dinner. The brewpub wasn't too busy on a Monday... More

Their beers were excellent, well made beers. Our server at the bar was very nice but busy as expected for a Friday night. We ordered an appetizer of artichoke spinach dip but we couldn't bring our selfs to eat it. It was pure cream cheese with hardly any spinach and artichoke in it and it was still cold and the...
