We stopped here after a fun day at mt. Rushmore. It wasn't crowded like many of the tourist filled restaurants we had been by. The restaurant itself is a little unassuming, but the food and service is top notch! I ordered the crispy chicken salad and thought it was delicious. Glad we stopped here.

We ate breakfast here as we were leaving town. Place was packed, but service came immediately. Blueberry pancakes was their special & they were delicious & very filling. Portions were extremely generous. Prices were very reasonable & it got us off to a great start on a long drive ahead of us. Very homey atmosphere.

We arrived here on a Sunday afternoon at 2:00 tired and hungry. Stepping into Donna's is like entering your mother's own kitchen....comfy, easy, and delicious! We had a reuben sandwich and a burger-both were very good. Thanks, Donna for sending us on our way full and happy.

We arrived on a Saturday morning around 11:35, and we're surprised to find they were only serving breakfast - lunch service starts at noon on Saturday. We had been on the road since 6am so it was way past breakfast time for us - but we switched gears and ordered breakfast since we had to get back on the road... More

cute little home cookin place, but I had a mushroom burger, and it just didn't taste right. Fries were good. I think it's the local hang out, so it must be good. freindly service, but slow bringing the bill.

Service with a smile. Homey atmosphere and clean. We had philly cheese steak sandwiches and hamburgers. Exceptional food. We accidentally turned off of the main highway and found this hidden jewel on a holiday week end serving breakfast and lunch. Would highly recommend as a stop.

A meal like we had at Donna's is what one hopes for when traveling through a small, unfamiliar town. Donna's is fairly small, open for breakfast and lunch. Service was friendly and prompt. The food was hot, delicious and fairly priced. If there were Michelin stars for diners, they would get one.

As other reviewers have stated, this place is packed with locals - which speaks well for the food and service. Very nice and attentive local staff willing to impart advice and history of the town. You'd do well to stop here on your trip west. We were at Mt. Rushmore, and since we were so close, we wanted to step... More

Just your regular, casual, small town cafe with an attractive menu of breakfast all day and Cafe standards. Very reasonable prices. I went twice for breakfast and had to admit the place was very busy with what appeared to overwhelmingly were regulars. Service was quick and precise. Every things sounds great right - except I had an upset stomach. I hate to... More
