Great Steak, Good Beer, Fun Atmosphere and Locals!

We love going where the locals go. Based on tripadvisor reviews we went to Altitude for a late dinner. Our Server/bartender was excellent. Our steak was delicious - cooked perfectly. The Beer was good, but being from Oregon we may have been over critical. The best part was meeting a local professor... read more

Great decor and seemed friendly. Our server recommended the steak special which my husband ordered and it was full of fat and tough. He asked for some bread and she brought out crumbs or ends of bread. (That was pretty funny) I ordered the Tuna which was tasty. I had asked it they could clean off the water from the... More

Stopped for dinner based on reviews here. The salads were very good, the ribs very tasty, although they could have been a bit hotter. Lukewarm at best. The beer cheese soup was good, not great. Lukewarm again, tasted more like beer than cheese. Coffee was very good too. The biggest complaint was the server. Didn't stop back to refill drinks... More

I just wanted to say we had a great dinner. The waitress was cute and so nice. We ordered their triple chocolate cheesecake and it was wonderful! They made it in house just that day so it was fresh and oh soooo good!! The price was no more than expected and we just had a great time!

I ordered take out and arrived at the restaurant 5 min prior to the time I was told my food would be ready. I ordered the steak and shrimp combo; the steak was undercooked and the shrimp was bland. All of the items were cold (remember I arrived 5 min earlier than the food was supposed to be done). If... More

Excellent food! Hard to believe a little town in Wyoming has such good food, ambiance, and drinks. Colfax black hoppy beer was a couple of degrees too warm, but flavorful. 7200'Stout was good. Prime rib perfectly cooked and sweet and sour chicken was the best. Tomato Basil soup excellent.

Loved the food! Great staff and great service. The menu choices were unique. This is probably the best meal I had in Laramie, WY! Great place to go for a nice meal. Not super kid friendly.

We always make a point of stopping at Altitude each time we are in Laramie. The staff are always pleasant and accommodating. The food is flavorful and the brews help to relax and a long day at Snowy Range Ski Area.
