Good food, really good beer

The food was good, obviously made in restaurant. The seasoning on the Spicy Thai Salmon Burger was very nice. The beer was quite good. The chili beer and kolsch, in particular, were quite good.

My mother and I were in a terrible mood. A series of bad meals, long drives and having to stay at another crappy motel was getting us down. We arrived with grumpy faces and not much expectation. As we walked in to the restaurant, I became weary of the packed house, the overly happy greeters and the TV's around the... More

I have lived in Laramie since 2003 and Altitude has consistently been one of my favorite places to eat. Lunch or dinner both are fantastic. They are not over priced, you can dress up or down and no one would look at you twice. If you like beer they are sure to have something on tap that will fit your... More

I'm picky. I am. The waitress was so accommodating. The food was top notch. The restaurant was something we would definitely return to.

we had drinks and appetizers and they were amazing! The pepper jack cheese sticks were hand breaded as well as the calamari. Service was fast and friendly. we've had an excellent dinner here before too!

I have eaten at Fairchild's Bar in Laramie for years, love their amber brew. I decided to try Altitude, the upscale version and was just slightly disappointed. Prices are about 30% higher, quality just slightly higher. Granted a broader r menu, but this is a Western Town, lets skip the glitter and stick to good food.

Great dinner before a concert at UW. Staff was attentive and the food and wine was delicious. We both had different specials and the meals were well prepared and the presentation was good. We will be back soon.

Great place for dinner &/or great tasting micro-brews. Large dining area which could get noisy if crowded. We had the Stromboli and the Spicy Thai Salmon Sandwich. Stromboli was excellent. Probably would not order the salmon sandwich again-the flavor combination was just not one that we were crazy about. The beers were really good. We had the High Plains Pale... More

We have been going to Altitudes for years whenever we are in Laramie. Last year the pizza seemed to have gone downhill a bit. This year it was some of the worst pizza ever encountered (i.e., no sauce, hockey puck crust, bland, very few toppings). When we brought this to our server's attention, he mentioned that a lot of people... More

We have eaten there often, mostly for luncg and a few dinners. Good service. Ambience minimal, but OK. Food predicabily good, but nothing exciting or inventive. We do go to Altitude because we wnt to. However, Karen and Greg might want to try to be a little more inventive, maybe even "unsafe' with their menu. You won't get a bad meal,... More
