I bypassed breakfast for a lunch sandwich. Delicious beef with an Au jus side for dipping. Potato salad was fantastic. Splurged on a piece of homemade peach pie for dessert, and took one of the awesome homemade cinnamon rolls home for breakfast. It's a shame they are only open for breakfast and lunch - it's a wonderful little restaurant!!

This hole-in-the-wall place still has the 1950's bar stools and checkerboard tile floor creating that lost in time feel of classic diners. The hinges on the front door must be replaced once a year because that door never stops opening and closing. This place is busy and filled with locals and college students. Despite being at capacity, the servers flew... More

Unfortunately we found this tiny gem on our way out of town. This was the most amazing breakfast ever! The burritos are HUGE and tasty especially topped with that yummy green chili. Service was also wonderful, very friendly waitress and everything cooked just right! Would have loved to try the homemade cinnamon rolls not no room left in these bellies... More

For breakfast or lunch this Café is by far the best around. There is a room in back, thank goodness, as it fills up fast, especially on weekends.. Try the breakfast burrito, great any time of day (well, not evenings, as this really is only a breakfast and lunch café). It is often a bit crowded but the waitresses really... More

The food is great and the service is outstanding. Good value. Located in historic downtown Laramie. Take the time, you won't be disappointed.

Just the spot for breakfast or lunch. This is the cafe I always look for in every small town. Good honest American food, fast and efficient service, fair portions and conversation with the locals. I had the breakfast sandwich. It was fresh and tasty. Substituted ham for sausage and asked for nonfat milk for my tea. The excellent waitress cheerfully... More

Great breakfast spot...but it has all the locals going there especially on a Sunday morning...it can fill up...but they are majorly fast. I was actually able to call ahead and they saved a table in back for us. Great food and service!

Had lunch at the Prairie Rose on our way to Saratoga. What a wonderful little find. We had the Reuben sandwich and it was delicious. The waitress was very kind and efficient. Highly recommend if you want a local experience.

Came here on a Saturday morning. We were on our way to go skiing at snowy range ski resort. A perfect stop on our way to the slopes. The breakfast was delicious! We sat at the counter where Jean our waitress served us very quickly. We both ordered typical breakfast fair, eggs, Hashbrowns bacon toast. All was delicious. Everyone at... More
