Our waitress was awful, we waited an hour for bar drinks, another hour for food and a half an hour for her to split our checks. Sitting here waiting for her to return with our payments. The food came out cold and was less than average, I had chicken that tasted burnt without appearing to be. I will not be... More

Don't go there at 11:00 a.m. Out of food and what was available was cold and dried out. My husband refused to get a plate and they tried charging us for him not eating. Never the less we couldn't eat what little we had to choose from. $15.00 a plate and what a waste of money.

Went in for dinner tonight and was super disappointed. We were given a basket of bread that consisted of just the ends of the baguette, and was hard as a rock. My party laughed it off as we've been here a few times and LOVED the food. We also ordered an appetizer that didn't come out for an hour after... More

As a member of a community service organization in Laramie who had a dinner meeting tonight at Luciano's , I am very disappointed in both service and food at Lucianos. Luciano's does offer a nice meeting room that is private .This sounds perfect for a group meeting. However it appears that they really can not handle the details of hosting... More

The staff are very pleasant and trained well in being polite and professional. The owner, however, is awkward and rude (said I needed to control my child who was getting antsy with no food coming or any entertainment). The food took forever (came at 5:30 for a group meeting and I had to take my meal home in a to-go... More

Didn't actually eat. Went in for dinner on a Sat night. Couple people in the little lobby. Stood there about five minutes before anyone acknowledged us. There were staff within feet of us but clearly they were avoiding eye contact. Finally someone came to the host stand, asked how many, stared at the list and mumbled, walked off, came back,mumbled... We had reservations for dinner, but had to wait two and a half hours for our food due to a large party ahead of us. Couldn't even get our salads for over an hour and the place didn't even have any ingredients left to make a loaf of bread. When our food finally arrived, it wasn't even hot. Definitely not... More

Wyoming has a great restaurant in the Italian tradition. Even the dessert selection had three out of four actually in the Italian manner. (The canolli is made with the rock hard prepackaged shells and not filled with anything recognizable as ricotta, but it was offered in an area I never expected to find anything more Italian than pizza). The main... More

On the recommendation of the clerk at the Comfort Inn nearby, we decided to try this Italian restaurant. The waiter, Dan, was personable and friendly and offered several excellent suggestions. My companion had the seafood ravioli, which she truly enjoyed, and I had the Pork shank osso buco. Both were delicious choices. The pork came with pasta in a reduced... More
