Description: An absolutely excellent coffee shop and more. Classic coffee shop karma, and some of the best roasted-right-there-coffee you could find anywhere! Been there many years and the locals love it, but visitors hardly know about it.

Who would've thunk in Laramie there would be such a cool coffee shop (with microbrew on the side!). We were there mid-day, so not there for beer. The coffee was excellent and the staff friendly. The baked goods looked awesome. It has a lot of space so feels comfortable to sit and chat. Next time we are in Laramie will... More

The new microbrewery section of Coal Creek is very cute. The brews are interesting and service is good though hectic. It is a tiny place and gets crowded and hectic very quickly. Servers are enthusiastic about their brews and greeting and welcoming customers. They seem to take pride in their new microbrew offering. Food is okay but this is not... More

Really fun place, nice atmosphere, plus excellent coffee. Right in the heart of historic Laramie so it is easy to find and park. We didn't eat there, but the food looked really good also.

Visited twice recently. Coffee was very average, nothing special. It was very overpriced for what I got, especially for Laramie. Surprised at how expensive it all was. Limited food options, esp. for vegans. Service was indifferent. I can see a Starbucks w/drive-through is opening soon on Grand. May try that next time here. Like to check out local places, but... I love hanging at Coal Creek (downtown Laramie). Great atmosphere in the middle of everything, and on some nights entertainment. Food is limited. WiFi is Free. I drink Iced Coffee and there is only one size (equal to a Medium in a gas station) for $4. Really? Either find me a bigger cup or drop the price. Still....it a good... More

I really like the personal feel I got here. Regulars were greeted by name and asked if they wanted their normal drink (which was stated). I loved that the coffee wasn't overly sweet like some big chains.

On a roadtrip from Chicago to Arches NP. Stayed in Cheyenne, WY. No place there that would open early. TA'd while on the road and found this place. Pretty much the only place that was open at this time. Don't really care for the Starbucks coffee. I attempt to patronize the local shops while and this was a welcome detour.... More

My friends and I stopped for a light lunch while traveling through the area. Three kinds of home brewed ice tea - green, herbal, black - all refreshing. A close-your-eyes-and-enjoy latte that was close to perfection. We had light sandwiches and/ or scones - all of which were delicious. Counter service was a little slow, but then again, if you're... I enjoy great coffee - usually that's Starbucks. I found this place while on business in Laramie and really loved their coffee. I hit it two mornings in a row. Highly recommend!
