Nice restaurant with good food.

We ate here and ordered sushi and fish. The food is really good and the atmosphere was nice. The price was a little high but overall worth it.

I love sushi! Especially when it's prepared by the sweetest sushi chief (Laura) in Jackson. The portions were very large and prepared with great care and detail. Nothing was off or even remotely fishy tasting, which is an odd thing to say when eating sushi. Simply put, it was that fresh! I can't wait to go back and eat a... More

Small over priced dishes of sushi. Guess there is not enough places to eat in Jackson. Someone is cleaning up all the way to the bank.

Grab a spot at the sushi bar if you can. The staff is great, the fish is fresh and the rolls are creative. Try "The Cowboy" no raw fish in it but really fun and yummy!

First visit and first dinner on our trip to Jackson. The atmosphere was very nice. Loved the decor. Husband ordered a drink while I asked for a bit more time to think about a cocktail. When she returned a few minutes later to ask if I had decided what i wanted to drink, she then turned to my husband to... More

I really wanted to like this restaurant. The sushi was well prepared by the head chef and was very fresh. The overwhelming issue was the attitude of the desaffected, slacker-like staff. They obviously hate the customers and seem to have no problem openly complaining about them. I sat at the sushi bar one evening and heard all this. I'm sure... More

Loved this restaurant. We went with our kids for happy hour. Reasonable rates for sushi. We loved it and so did our kids. The service was quick and the food was fresh and excellent. We had spicy tuna and salmon rolls, excellent, and a tempura vegetable appetizer which was HUGE for an appitzer, and had a great variety of vegetables-more... More

Great sushi place. Specialty rolls were unique and delicious. They also have a full menu for those who are looking for some asian food besides sushi. Laid back but chic atmosphere. Service a bit slow but it was a busy Friday night. Located on the main road headed north out of town with plenty of parking in a huge public... More

I visit Jackson Hole frequently and can remember two years ago when I first tried Nikai. I raved about the exceptional service and freshest fish I've found inland. This place has gone down hill. My server took 20 minutes to get to my table, then proceeded to rudely ask what I wanted. The fish was just so-so. Maybe I got... More

We were skeptical to have sushi in wyoming but we were advised to give Nikai a shot - and we were rewarded. The fish was fresh as can be. Comparable to nyc and la. We arrived without a reservation and sat at the bar which was fine by us. First time we have been to a Japanese restaurant with Caucasian... More
