Dining on the Mountain at Couloir.

The restaurant is located on top of a mountain in Teton Village. We rode the free gondola up and loved the ride up. Going down was even better. While the restaurant is very upscale($$$), the view on the outside deck can't be beaten!! Go prepared for wind and cool temperatures, especially after the sun starts to set and shade moves... More

Couloir is more than a place for a fine dinner, it is an experience. That experience starts when you show up for the reservation. There you stand, nearly 2,800 feet below the restaurant, with a gondola ride up the lift. We were accompanied by champagne cocktail for the 12 minute or so ride to the restaurant. Once there and seated,... More

I generally won't write a negative review of a small locally owned place. But the experience was so underwhelming for a $600 dinner for 4 (with wine and before tip) that I thought I should. Have eaten here two prior times, and enjoyed both meals. After our dinner for 4 people on Saturday, July 11, would no longer bother. You... More

Beautiful setting - nothing better than riding up the gondola with a champagne cocktail . Dinner is delicious and locally grown. I don't always love prix fix dinners but this was a real treat!

This restaurant was our favorite place we have ever eaten. The food was fabulous and the wait staff was excellent. Friendly and attentive. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and they offered us a glass of champagne and on our dessert there was a chocolate petal that read Happy Anniversary. It was exciting taking the gondola up to it. The... More

The tasting meal was fabulous. Our waitress and sommelier were very attentive to the adults and the kids. We loved every course.

Our family of four took an 11 day trip out west and ate at a number of great restaurants each night. This was on of the best combining a great setting with a great view and outstanding food! We couldn't recommend it higher and plan to be back.

Not being fans of fixed menus, we debated having dinner here for a few days. Decided to ride up and have a drink at their bar to check it out. Base on gondola has a coffee and hot chocolate bar setup with spirits to add for your ride - nice touch. Grab seats at the bar and watched our hand... More

We called the restaurant but just got a recorded message. It was too risky for us to go there without talking to a human to confirm the reservation and times. We decided to have a great dinner in the town.
