We had excellent service and one of our most delicious meals in Jackson. The atmosphere is warm and the acoustics of the restaurant are quiet even when the room was full. We really liked the counter bar they use for overflow. Trio is a restaurant we will return to on our next visit to the Tetons.

We had been to Trio before and it was really excellent. We had lamb and chicken, both very good. Great atmosphere, very upscale.

Why not try their specials - like elk. We were pleasantly surprised at the mild taste of elk and the great pairings this restaurant offered.

Excellent menu and great food. We snagged a last minute table for six in this popular restaurant and enjoyed our experience. The meal was pricey but worth the money.

We were truly excited about eating dinner at this restaurant and were disappointed by the overall experience. The minute we walked in the door the smell turned me off - my SO said it was the pizza oven or smoked salmon. I was surprised they didn't vent the dining room though. The waffle fries with fondue were indeed decadent and... More

We ate at several fine restaurants on our recent trip to Jackson. Trio was our favorite. We were seated within a few minutes of our reservation. Service was attentive but not overbearing. The food was uniformly terrific. My husband had the buffalo steak, which he loved. I ordered the chicken, which was among the best chicken dishes I have ever... More

We were excited to eat at Trio because we had heard it was a Harrison Ford favorite. The waiter kindly found a wine that I enjoyed, however, the risotto had to be made a second time because it was so salty I could not eat it. Then the burger with asparagus was awful because of the equally heavy handed use... More

We traveled to Jackson for our parents' 50th wedding anniversary and were looking for a restaurant to have a nice, but not too fancy, dinner to celebrate (since we would have young children with us as well as adults). The restaurant was great about working with us long-distance in setting up a menu and making the dinner a special occasion.... More

We took a chance and arranged a family celebration at Trio even though we hadn't eaten there before. Everybody (ages 10 to 80) thought the food was delicious, and the servers did a great job moving us along (so we could get to our next event) while not making us feel rushed. We really loved the Roma pizza, even our... More
