Trio for an upmarket dinner in Jackson Hole

A friend took us to this restaurant on our first night in Jackson Hole. We were seated on a table for five with the adjoining table a bit too close for comfort. Trio was a really nice combination of laid back atmosphere, delicious food, and a great wine list. I was craving a pizza and I absolutely came to the right place. Their wood over pizza was delicious - thin and crispy with fresh ingredients (I ordered a simple margherita) - and plenty large for one person. My husband ordered the elk... More

We really enjoyed our dinner at trio. I had the Sea bass special which was cooked perfectly and she was very happy the beet risotto. Our cocktails were wonderful - big fan of the Manhattan and the Lost in Translation. Go, you won't be disappointed.

Good food and atmosphere. Felt when I asked for advice about wine that I was pushed towards the most expensive bottle!?

There were six of us for dinner; we started with drinks that were perfect. Our waitress was on top of everything. The food was excellent in a wonderful atmosphere.

We ate at Trio for a birthday dinner while we were in town on vacation. We arrived a bit early for our reservation (so glad we made one - they were packed!) and the hostess was great. She took our drink orders and brought them to us in the lobby. We ordered a variety of things from pizza, risotto, to... More

An amazing meal. Quite possibly the best NZ Lamb chops I have ever had and a great Ceasar Salad. We were waited on by their sommelier Ryan who really knows his stuff. It was delicious food and a fun nite of restaurant theater. Don't miss this Restaurant It's quite small so book ahead. I really hope you can get in.... More

The restaurant used to be one of my favorites in Jackson. A couple of years have gone by since I last ate here and it was a below average meal. The roasted chicken was bland and dry (formerly crispy and smoky from the wood-fired oven). The lamp shank was terrible, covered with an unappealing sauce and tasteless. The braising didn't... More

My husband and I are in Jackson Hole for the weekend. We had the good fortune to stumble upon Trio for dinner last night. The place was packed, but miraculously a lone table for two was free and we were seated quickly. Great marks all around on the food! We had the Caesar salad and BLT soup to start. For... More

Great atmosphere, service, and food. Good selection of wine and local craft beers. We had the crab claws appetizer and shrimp and bacon pizza for dinner.
