My husband and I ate at Trio on a recent trip to Jackson. It is a small, intimate and noisy restaurant but that gives it a special vibe. The food was amazing. Tried the soup special, pumpkin bisque and the risotto. Also had the decadent waffle fries with blue cheese fondue.....very rich and easily shared with a group. Service was... More

I ordered the chicken and the blue cheese waffle fries. The chicken was flawless and tasted so good! The atmosphere is also really inviting and trendy. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Our first restaurant visit upon arriving in JH, Wyoming. Had a pomegranate margarita one of their specialty drinks, quiet tasty! I ordered a pizza and it was wonderful. The tomatoes on the pizza were marinated. Quiet tasty!

My husband and I really enjoyed our meal at Trio during our trip to Jackson. I ordered the bass (a special) and it was excellent. Very fresh and tasty. My husband had the buffalo steak which he totally enjoyed. (The server recommended it and it was a good choice.) My kids liked the waffle fries, but not their pizzas so... More

We had heard that this restaurant was started by chefs from the Snake River Grill so we had high expectations. I had the hamachi sashimi which was bland and my husband had the squid ink appetizer which he enjoyed, but I thought was too heavily flavored. My main course of seared halibut was just okay. Our server was officious and... More

Trio is always our first stop on our annual trip to the national parks in Wyoming and I have to say this time was the best ever and it's always good. Everything was perfect and you could taste the difference in every course, even the bread & olive oil. Our table had a variety of wonderful entrees : salmon, roast... More

This is a nice place with good ambiance, and great food. The lamb pasta was outstanding and such a interesting presentation. My gf rarely eats meat and I was surprised when she ordered the lamb and we were both surprised by how perfectly cooked and seasoned it was. I ordered the local beef tenderloin and it was sage encrusted and... More

We both ordered the mussels for a main dish and they were excellent. The service was very good and the wine was good. Nice atmosphere!

Very nice bistro. Good decor. Interesting menu, with heavier and lighter options available. Pretty good execution of what the menu promises. Service is okay. The server we had seemed distracted, and maybe a bit overwhelmed. The others seemed more attentive, if a bit stiff. It is a noisy place, but we did not have a problem hearing due to luck... More

Four of us dined here, so we got a good sampling of the menu. We started by splitting three appetizers...the mussels, which were fresh and nicely done in the traditional wine/garlic sauce. The quail, tender and flavorful, thanks to a port sauce, was awesome. And the blue cheese waffle potatoes....well, just because! They were gone in a heart-beat! Two of... More
