We were walk up customers without reservations. Seats were available at the bar which had a direct view into the kitchen. We were able to speak with Will, chef/owner - throughout dinner and enjoyed the food and atmosphere equally. We hope to eat there again. A must do while in Jackson!

This place is busy and loud. Our server was running and didn't have much time for us. My pizza was good but at first they brought me the wrong one so had to wait while they redid it- but was pretty quick. My husbands lamb pasta was good but a bit bland. Well priced wines by the bottle. We would... More

I live in Jackson, so I do my fair share of hosting visitors. Whenever my family comes to town, this is where we eat. The mixed drinks are unique, but you can still get a cheap PBR. The duck risotto is fantastic, but I always get the burger and start out with an order of Bleu cheese fondue fries. (I... More

Trio is a cool, upbeat restaurant with a very nice diverse menu that has something for everybody, including very delicious pizza and burgers. Good place for a special occasion, as well as a more casual dinner. The caprese salad was the best one I've ever tried. We were seated at a table right next to the front door and because... More

We ate at 630 and every table was full. It was so noisy that we had to shout at each other to speak to one another. The tables are so close to each other that you have to turn sideways to get to the tables in the center. We did like the Caesar salads and thought the flavors were excellent.... More

Four of us went there for dinner. Everything was delicious: burger, mussels, risotto, warm caprese salad, and the French malbec... The restaurant has an upbeat vibe but not overly noisy. The atmosphere was casual/upscale, and service was wonderful. Will definitely go again next time in Jackson Hole and I hope Trio stays this good.

Diverse menu from pizza to fish to chicken. Crowd included locals in jeans and hats as well as dressed up tourists. The $$$ on TripAdvisor was about right. Only drawback, no draft beer.

Trio is a cool place to have an awesome dinner. Menu is american food, superbly executed with fresh ingredients and tasty flavors. Those running the menu and the kitchen, really know what they are doing. BLT Soup and Mussels are great choices. Even though, this is not the place to come for pizza ( given the other top choices in... More

Our party of 8 loved everything we had here, from the Trio burger and buffalo tenderloin on the regular menu to the wild boar special offered that evening. The place isn't big and filled up quickly, so I'd definitely suggest reservations. Hands down the best meal we had over our 10 day trek from Bozeman down through the parks and... More

Returned for another year to this decidedly infancy location downtown. Fairly vigorous environment with minimalist ice decor. We sat on high chairs at a high table. Street parking only. The food, as usual, was excellent. Our party had Caesar salad, mussels, and burgers with their blue cheese smothered fries. Everyone went home "happy, happy, happy" as Emeril would say. Service...
