Best bacon and you can get grits or potatoes to go with your eggs. Good coffee and huge cinnamon rolls.

We stayed at the Virginian Lodge, so it was all too convenient to just head across the street in the morning for breakfast. We ended up eating dinner here as well because no one wanted to get back in the car after driving all day. I suppose we had about 3 meals here and every time the service was quick... More

Great traditional breakfast for a very reasonable price! We ran out of nights to try the dinner, but heard from others in our party that the dinners/lunches were great as well!

The food was really good and filling. Perfect for a day of sightseeing. Plenty of food and the price was very low for all the food you got. Service was great and our coffee cups never went empty.

This place is by far the best value in Jackson, especially for breakfast. The "D2" pancakes with eggs and meat is awesome. Some of the best pancakes that I have ever had, anywhere. The price for the amount of food that you get is very reasonable. I love this restaurant, it is a local's spot.

The chicken dinner portion size was impressive. The homemade chili was tasty on a cool rainy day. Since we stayed at the Virginian Lodge, we were able to walk to the restaurant without fighting the summer tourist traffic.

Had breakfast here 3 times and each time the food and service was superb. The wait time was 5-10 minutes for a table and the waitress was very attentive even though she was busy. Would eat here again

Noting the volume of cars parked outside this restaurant for breakfast,we decided to give it a try. There were about 20 people waiting to be seated. We waited about 15 minutes for a table. It was well worth the wait. We had the most delicious breakfast! Portions were generous, food was steaming hot and so good! Our server was sweet, smiling, attentive Victoria.... More
