My wife and I both thought the food was excellent. The amount of food was more than you would receive at most places. I really liked the french toast and bacon.
My husband, daughter and I had breakfast here yesterday and it was great. Our daughter had the french toast which was 2 thick slices of french bread with lots of butter and syrup. My husband had the breakfast burrito with potatos, bacon, eggs and cheese and it was huge! i had the two egg breakfast with sausage links and a... More

Simple surroundings. I had salmon, baked potato and green veg which was cooked well, tasted good and was very reasonably priced. My partner had meat and veg and said it tasted very good. They do not serve alcohol. It had many locals dining there and seems to be a place that has inspired loyalty.

On a tour, and arrived at the virginian lodge, instead of going into town ,checked a few places near where we were staying. Several in our group looked at their menu and decided to go there. Decor very sparse. They were out of items for dinner. It was like eating food from the 50's. I don't remember if even bread... More
