Cool atmosphere

After walking around town decided to drive to this place since it seemed a little far to walk from my hotel. Got right in and sat at a single table. Decided to only order appetizers since I wasn't overly hungry. Had the buffalo carpaccio and the Snake river potato boats. They were both... read more

You must eat here. We were on a 21 day road trip, aNd this was the best dinner we had. The atmosphere is certainly interesting, lots of taxidermist animals, so be on alert for that, and also I would not recommend bringing vegetarians! My nephew got the bison ribs, which were amazing as well as a huge portion. I had... More

This is the second time to visit the area and wanted to see if this restaurant was as good as it was two years ago. Only open for dinner and it was worth waiting in line for the Buffalo prime rib. Beer was cold meal was perfect could not say a bad word. Hats off cowboy you have done it... More

Very busy place, must be good and indeed it was. The meat was excellent, although the beef ribs did have a little too much bourbon in them Service was good and attentive

Lade back atmosphere great wait staff, fun decor. Absolutely the best meal of our trip. Best prime rib of our lifetime and we're Carnivora and hunters. Great kids meal option also. Very worth it in the land of tourist places in Jackson.

I walked a mile to get here but it was worth it. I started out with delicious spicy potato soup and some excellent bread. Then a tenderloin perfectly cooked, sweet potato with maple butter, and green beans. It was all wonderful. I finished with bread pudding and whisky sauce. It was all perfect, as was the service and atmosphere.

Passing through Jackson Hole visiting a Grand Teton National Park, we were looking for a nice place to eat. We chose this place because it was within walking distance from the hotel. We made reservations through their webpage (highly recommended because there are always queues outside the door). The food is steakhouse fare for very reasonable prices. Tried the buffalo... More

Big restaurant just south of downtown. Was crowded when we got there, but they still managed to have room for us. Service was friendly and attentive. We had the artichoke dip to start - very good choice. Dinner was the Big Sky Ribeye and the Elk Chop. Both were very large portions and - cooked medium - were very flavorful.... More

Once you come to terms with the ‘stuffed’ animals around the restaurant, no confusion here about what they sell in both the name and the decor. That said, the vegetarian options are covered. Having not tried Elk before the Velvet Elk was top of the selection list, whilst I cant say that Elk was anything special, the meal overall was... More

I took my whole family there....including kids 12-25 YOA. Menu has good mix of choices. Food was great. Service very good as well. Its a bit pricey for the level of food, but we had several dishes that were worth it! It would not be my ONLY choice in eating at Jackson Hole...but its a good family stop if your... More
