I thought the pizza was good, but the kids did not care for it. The pizza was a thin crust, but it wasn't a hard crust. It wasn't very seasoned, but it worked. Service was slow.

Our pizza was very good, we shared two different pizzas. The seating out on the balcony was very nice overlooking the town square it was good for people watching. Our server from eastern Europe was pretty mediocre, she never came and checked our drinks for refills, we had to ask a bus boy for more water and the server only... More

We stopped at Pizza Caldera during our stay in Jackson Hole for lunch. We both ordered a simple slice and a beer and were not disappointed. The balcony has great outdoor seating and the food was very good for a lunch time meal.

We went upstairs to Caldera for a quick lunch. Very good pizza sold by the slice. I had a large Greek salad, which was very well prepared. Staff is friendly. Outdoor seating on a small patio permits people watching as visitors walk this busy Jackson street. A nice place for a quick lunch with good food and efficient service.

After a long day Paddles and Saddles the whole family was in need of a good meal. You go upstairs, indoor and outdoor seating. Very busy, popular with the locals. Pizzas are excellent , good size, lots of toppings. One of the best I have had and I have been to Florence, Rome, Sicily and Venice. Service with a smile.... More

We had heard great things about the place early on and that they had a Gluten Free Crust option. We went and ordered a GF Crust, when the pizza came out is was mush. The waiter took it back and 45 minutes later we got a replacement (we were told our replacement pizza was at the back of the line).... More

The pizza was awesome, the sauce was really good, the crust was perfect, and the toppings had great flavor(sausage and pepperoni). If it was up to pizza alone it would be 5 stars. The balcony offers a view of the street while you eat. The girl that took our order didn't explain that we needed to get our own plates,... More

Get the margherita pizza and a pitcher of one of the local brews on tap and rest assured you will not be disappointed!

Restaurant was busy but not packed out, service was merely fair at best --- the waitress was from northeast somewhere (accent gave it away) and she was not very accommodating or helpful with our order. When the pizza came, YUCK! it was just like a Chuck-E-Cheeze kids pizza. Not worth the trip into this place, next time at Jackson Hole... More

For some reason, most of Jackson Hole restaurants close at 2:00, so your choices for food are very limited. Pizza was ok, the service was mediocre. Girl brought our pizza, but no plates. Said she would come back and never did. Had to go foraging in the dining room for plates. Sat on the balcony which offered good people watching.
