Exciting to find such a modern and comfortable dining atmosphere for a different kind of experience in Jackson Hole. The Kitchen offers a variety of delicious entrees. The Stuffed Pappardelle and New Zealand Red Deer were the favorites at our table. We were also lucky enough to be there to enjoy a special value menu to benefit local non-profits.

We had been told about this place by a concierge named Smith area as an amazing restaurant not just for the food but the decor. VERY modern, AMAZING contemporary wildlife art from a local artisan "Carrie Wild". We ate here just before the off season specials came out, but the Salmon and Yellowtail was great, and we had to go... More

OK, Jackson is pretty far from any coast but the seafood here was excellent. I was also impressed with my salad; this has been a tough year given the California drought (whence cometh most of our produce) so these guys have great sources. The space was nice, but might get noisy when the tourists are in town.

We went here on a recommendation of a friend. The food was fantastic. I had ribs and my wife had the salmon dish, both were delicious and cooked perfectly. The ribs came right off the bone and the salmon was flaky and not watery and not firm. I also recommend the calamari appetizer, it's not fried calamari so you actually... More

During our few days in Jackson we had a light dinner at this restaurant with unique interior décor. The key to this meal was a cocktail menu that lived up to its billing. My wife loved the "Cocchi Float" while I enjoyed an Old Fashion whose ingredients included vanilla-infused bourbon and spiced orange syrup. if noting else, stop by the... More

Patio out front. Modern, warm and inviting dining room.Cocktails had a nice original spin to them. The octopus and tuna appetizers were small, but good. Ribs and salmon for mains were also good. We shared a potato chip pie for dessert which we quite enjoyed. Respectable food, great service.

My husband and I had our end of the season dinner at The Kitchen as we head back to Texas. What a treat! I feel this way each time we come here: we should have come more often! The crudo is outstanding and my favorite. There is no small trick to fine raw fish-it is a perilous edge to walk... More

It was a warm September day and it was lovely to have a table outside, good friends, a reasonably large menu and a quiet place to have lunch. All in all it was a good lunch.

We were surprised when we walked in because the setting is really interesting and different. The wait staff were very attentive but not instrusive. The food was great. We were there at Happy Hour so got some good deals and were able to taste a variety of their menu items in smaller dishes.
