My two grown sons and myself, self-appointed die-hard foodies, experienced a truly memorable evening at the Wild Sage. The ambiance is beautiful: elegant, warm, inviting and extremely down-to-earth. The dining area is intimate and lovely. The service is perfect without being fawning, unobtrusive yet attentive. The food was exquisite, unique and innovative and delectably fresh. We ate at several different... More

This place has an excellent bar - if you like to have a drink have one here. The steak is great, other items on the menu are just okay. It is a bit pricey - overall mixed reviews; but when the item is good it is excellent.

There were ten of us for Christmas Eve. We were seated in a board room off to the side and it was perfect. We didn't feel rushed at all. No one had any complaints about what they ordered. Those that ordered the Wagyu beef said it was delicious and those of us that ordered fish were just as happy. Appetizers... More

Had Thanksgiving dinner at Wild Sage. The food and atmosphere were wonderful. Very small room, reservations recommended.

Had dinner here last night, a beautiful small dining room with an open kitchen. I can imagine that getting in here during peak season is impossible, but late Sunday night there were only 2-3 couples. First of all the food was excellent, impeccable presentation and service. Nothing was over-seasoned or swimming in sauce. Each ingredient is highlighted for its flavor... More

We stayed at the Rusty Parrot and ate 2 breakfasts and 1 dinner at the Wild Sage. The eggs benedict is the best I have ever had and I am quite the fan of eggs benedict and have ordered it all over the US.

My wife & I dine out quite a lot. We had our doubts about finding a great restaurant in Jackson Hole (Sorry, but the No. one restaurant was a bakery). The Wild Sage was everything we had hoped for. Great food. I had the Bison, my wife had the Halibut. they were outstanding. Watching the chefs prep. right in front... More

If you're a fan of innovative cuisine and an intimate atmosphere, this is the spot for you. Make your reservations early because the dining room only seats around thirty and reservations are hard to get!

This is a very nice restaurant with attentive service. A small, generally quiet place that seems geared toward an older, affluent crowd. The menu is pricey, and more formal than many in the area. There is nothing wrong with this, but the dishes offered lack the spark of creativity that is the hallmark of a truly great restaurant. The quality... More

Nice atmosphere (we stayed in the hotel which is fantastic too) and friendly, knowledgeable service. Excellent food - new combinations and unusual flavours to a British palate. But we all four of us loved it and would thoroughly recommend. Breakfast was good too but very pricey.
