Not To Be Missed!!

One of the top 5 dining experiences of my life - so far. Quite possibly the best restaurant I've ever experienced. Absolutely top-notch, sublime cuisine; expert, professional service; beautiful, understated, classic western decor. Expensive, but certainly worth every penny. Not to be missed!

If you are staying in Jackson Hole, this is an excellent restaurant, great wine list and amazing service! We had a wonderful waiter from Washington, DC and the chef was awesome too. The food and presentation both were world class. Casual and elegant!

We have considerable experience with this restaurant having stayed in the Rusty Parrot hotel. For breakfast, the food and service was excellent. For dinner, the food was very good and the service was excellent. This is a well-oiled machine. As opposed to other restaurants in town, this restaurant seeks to provide a sophisticated lodge atmosphere. The restaurant is small and... More

The tiny kitchen in the dining room offers the opportunity for guests to see the precision which the chefs give each plate of food. The food was excellent, but reservations need to be made in advance. The dining room is very small but historic looking and pleasant.

Had a wonderful dinner here during a recent stay in the Tetons area. Their menu is full of unique, local game meats and fish flown in fresh from Seattle each day. I had the Elk steak and my wife had the Lamb. Both were delicious. The soups and sides (which vary daily) were also excellent. And the service was hard... More

I had not been back to Jackson in many years and was excited to try this restaurant for my birthday. It is a beautiful, intimate restaurant located in the Rusty Parrot Lodge with a full view of the kitchen and the chefs at work. It is very romantic, assuming no children are sitting next to you, and the service and... More

This was our most expensive meal to celebrate our marriage (on our honeymoon). The restaurant was very thoughtful and had written a card for us to congratulate us. This is a pretty straightforward menu, but the key here is high-quality meat. We got a bison steak and elk steak. I can't remember the specific cuts. I didn't really want elk... More

I had read about this restaurant years ago in the travel section of our local Dallas newspaper. When we decided to finally visit Jackson Hole, I made a reservation on Open Table for dinner here. We arrived early for our 6:15 reservation and advised the staff we would like to have a drink first. They showed us to our table... More

We are semi-locals - as we are fortunate enough to be able to spend our summers in Jackson. We go out to eat about once a week while we are here and know all the higher-end restaurants well. We are also "foodies" and have eaten at several Michelin 3 star restaurants in the last few years. With this said, in... More

We ate here on our wedding night in May. I have waited a while to write this review since we had pending issues with charges on our bill but it seems we have dropped off their radar and will not be satisfied with the issues. My then-fiance called the Wild Sage to make reservations for dinner on our wedding night.... More
