We stayed at the Rusty Parrot and ate 2 breakfasts and 1 dinner at the Wild Sage. The eggs benedict is the best I have ever had and I am quite the fan of eggs benedict and have ordered it all over the US.

My wife & I dine out quite a lot. We had our doubts about finding a great restaurant in Jackson Hole (Sorry, but the No. one restaurant was a bakery). The Wild Sage was everything we had hoped for. Great food. I had the Bison, my wife had the Halibut. they were outstanding. Watching the chefs prep. right in front... More

If you're a fan of innovative cuisine and an intimate atmosphere, this is the spot for you. Make your reservations early because the dining room only seats around thirty and reservations are hard to get!

This is a very nice restaurant with attentive service. A small, generally quiet place that seems geared toward an older, affluent crowd. The menu is pricey, and more formal than many in the area. There is nothing wrong with this, but the dishes offered lack the spark of creativity that is the hallmark of a truly great restaurant. The quality... More

Nice atmosphere (we stayed in the hotel which is fantastic too) and friendly, knowledgeable service. Excellent food - new combinations and unusual flavours to a British palate. But we all four of us loved it and would thoroughly recommend. Breakfast was good too but very pricey.

We went here to splurge on a special anniversary dinner and it was charming and romantic. The food was amazing... think it was the best beef tenderloin I ever had!

My husband and I dine out frequently and were excited for our reservation here. The ambiance is cozy and lovely. The staff is a bit stuffy and overdone but very knowledgable. The wines are quite expensive and our server was quick to recommend the most expensive wine by the glass. The menu sounded so interesting but the dishes just did... More

It is quite a small restaurant and it is expensive, but the quality of the dishes is very high. I had a very tasty satay of pigeon followed by elk which melted in your mouth. My wife had a salad and halibut, but was less impressed with these. However, this was a step above some of the other places in... More

Great food & service. Creative menu. Open kitchen so you can watch your meal being prepared. Reserve early or get shut out.

This place probably has 10 tables give or take, but the food and service is great. If you are looking for fine dining in Jackson this is the place. I had the elk entree and my wife had a veal special. Both were incredible. The wine list is not huge but adequate and not overpriced especially for a resort town.
