I had scallops and my oldest son had crab cakes, we thought we had died and gone to heaven. Small but fantastic atmosphere. Owner came by to speak to my boys and asked if the liked everything, "Oh Yea". Short walk from Wort Hotel. Great food and great service, what else do you need. If your wondering was it pricey,... While staying at the Rusty Parrot we were advised to give the Wild Sage Grill a try and we were indeed glad we did. The restaurant is quite small with an open kitchen which enables you to watch the chefs work their magic. For starters I ordered the crab cakes while my wife enjoyed the prawns. Our mains consisted on... More

The food here is great -- local dishes like elk and trout shine with inventive preparation and intense flavor. The house-made foccaccia may have been the single best thing I ate all weekend: so much truffle-y buttery salty goodness! Ask for a table with a view of the kitchen; the two chefs work in a small open space, almost silently,... More

My husband and I arrived in Jackson Hole, settled in, unpacked, and set out to find a good dinner. On a whim, we chose The Wild Sage. We chose it because of the proximity to our hotel. I had no expectations, and I was blown away with the meal. I had the Kobe steak, my husband had the Chilean Sea... More

This was our first visit to Wild Sage; however, we had heard from friends that it is one of the best restaurants in a greater Jackson Hole area. We arrived a few minutes early for our reservation but we were greeted by a very pleasant maitre d' and seated immediately. From that moment on, the service and attention we received... More

Wild Sage proved to be one of the best places in Jackson, WY! Upon entering the restaurant, diners will take note of the beautiful decor that embraces a very rustic but warm feel. A fireplace in the middle of the room and dark redwoods bring an Old West comfort. The service is fantastic as the server immediately greets you and... More

Beautifully hand-crafted food combining local ingredients (elk, bison, venison, trout) with beautifully-prepared vegetables and fruit. Delicious desserts!

We had a wonderful dinner at Wild Sage. It was beautifully presented and served. Our party of four had a variety of dishes, including one vegetarian, and I'd recommend anything on the menu.

Service and food were impeccable and we tried a wide variety of the available courses. The general opinion was that the Elk was the best entrée.

Our family of 11 went here on Christmas Eve. The room is intimate and was beautifully decorated. The service was just terrible, and for the prices they charge, I would expect stellar service. Our waiter was very unfriendly, and slooooooooow. The food was good, the wine was also, but we would not go back when in Jackson.
