Description: Since 2007 we have made a commitment to provide quality food, a relaxed open friendly atmosphere, and an honest effort to be the best that we can be. We pride ourselves on the use of fresh ingredients with all of our products, including pizza's and sandwiches. We concentrate on being aware of special dietary needs, including gluten intolerance, lactose and casein sensitivity, vegetarian and vegan needs. We believe in being as green as is we can, and use disposables that are green in nature, from our cups to take out containers and bags. We enjoy our work and the people who come in. Paya's is more than a restaurant or deli, we want it to be a place where you can spend time with friends and family, where you might spend a couple hours working on paper work, or reading a book. Surf the internet or read a newspaper of magazine. Borrow a copy of Cooks illustrated or just be.

We stopped in for a quick lunch on our way from the Tetons to Boulder Co. Our family of 7 ordered 4 12" pizzas including 1 GF Mediterranean for me. ;) We enjoyed cheese, meat, and tacos pizzas. All were fantastic but we ended up taking home the equivalent of 2.5 pizzas because it was too much to eat. Don't... More

The night we were in town, the power went out for awhile in some shops/restaurants. This deli remained open, but was unable to handle the crowds. The staff was clearly overwhelmed.

This place has lots of great reviews, but we were a bit disgusted with what we saw. Menus, s&p shakers, condiments and tables all had crumbs or crusted on food. We asked that our table be wiped of all the pizza mess from the previous customers. The same gal working the food line came to wipe our table with a... More

Wonderful Pizza here, some of the best we have had in Wyoming! Right across the street from the Stagecoach Motel.

We got in late and found a special meal. They also had meat and cheese like any deli would; very good.

My husband and I stumbled across this adorable deli! When we asked the waiter what was good, he said "Everything!" with a big grin. He was right. We shared a pastrami sandwich made from Pastrami from Dubois, so it was super fresh. We also shared a cup of soup that was to live for. The service was delightful, as well.... More

Wood oven pizza, fresh salad bar, home made soups, always satisfied! Very comfortable atmosphere and staff is friendly and attentive. Pizza perfection! For take out, call ahead for pick up the estimated time is always spot on! Love the variety of toppings and choices. Corned Beef ruben is also a favorite. BEST pickles in town!

Dubois has a fun small town parade on the 4th of July. Due to rain we hungout at Paya Deli and went through a lot of pizza and deserts during the festivities. This place was loaded with people and fun for the whole family.

Given that it was 7:15pm on Sunday evening after what looks like Dubois' busiest weekend of the summer, we were quite pleased with our dining experience at Paya. Cowboy Cafe across the street was full, so we went to Paya. Although they were out of tomatoes they were either able to modify dishes, or we found other ones to our... More

Had a wonderful Mediterranean pizza that was a good value. Some of the staff could have been more pleasant.
