Our dinners here were great! We both had the enchilada and burrito combination plate. The food had great taste with the right amount of seasoning and heat. The portions were ample. The salsa was freshly made and also very good. In a town with a lot of restaurants, we were glad we chose the La Comida. The meal prices were... More

Being from Texas we have had years experience eating Mexican food so my review is based upon our Mexican cuisine eating experiences. So I rate this restaurant as a pleasant dining place with prompt friendly service. Ate lunch here and enjoyed our beer, plate of nachos, chips and salsa. We sat outside which overlooks the busy main street. However, we... More

We arrived slightly before the dinner rush on a saturday night. Restaurant was not very busy, should have guessed why. After being quickly seated it took our waiter 15 minutes to even get our drink orders. When it came time to order, the first two things my daughters ordered from the kids menu were not available. When I ordered the... More

I am a purist when it comes to Mexican food, but La Comida was not at all bad. The Chicken Flautas were excellent and the taco's were as you would expect/ The enchiladas were just OK. The salsa is tasty and the chips are light and crispy. Watch out for the Mexi-Margarita! it is potent and at the same time... More

We requested an outside table and after some discussion w/ the waiter did receive a table next to the street as we requested. Chips & a very small dish of salsa was served along w/ water and drinks. The chips were very salty and a 2nd dish of salsa had to be requested twice. I had a salad with baked... More

I am very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your meal. I certainly hope you spoke to the manager about it. Usually, people like those dishes, I will look into if there was something different going on in the kitchen. More

This mexican food restaurant on the main steet in Cody offers the standard fare...tacos, enchiladas, taco salad, carne asada, chips and salsa. It is good and fresh but not outstanding My husband's carne asada was probably the best thing on the menu. Service also was adequate, but not outstanding. The servers were pleasant but somewhat clueless about what was on... More

Thanks for taking the time to post a review. You are correct in your assessment that the servers are not as familiar with the menu. Cody has had a wicked season with help this year. You may have noticed that pretty much every service related industry is still hiring and our season is going to be pretty much done in... More

My wife and two kids went there for dinner. We were seated outside and the bus boy immediately noticed that my son had his iPad and offered to type In the wireless password. I had the Carne Asada which was well seasoned and prepared as I asked. My wife had the chicken burrito and it was also very flavorful. The... More

The carne asada is spectacular. The spinach enchiladas is great. And the salsa, very good. I'll be going back.

A very nice Mexican restaurant with well prepared food. I recommend that you sit outside and people watch. It's right on the main drag of Cody. I had the beef chimichanga and hubby had a combo plate. Practically licked the plate clean. Portions didn't look all that large, but when you finish, you are pleasantly full. I had a Margarita... More
