We ate here for dinner one night. Prime rib was the special, very good with a nice salad bar, good value for the price. Building very historic with beautiful wood bar.

As a local we wanted to go out to dinner since we hardly ever do. We chose The Irma in hopes for something special. The waitress was new and did good on her part besides for offering drink refills. The food was all good besides for the fact that the kids macaroni looked terrible and old, also I ordered a... More

We go to th Irma quite frequently fo lunch and when we have guests. Th old bar that came from England is very impressive. The food is good and the service.

Dinner was good and the price good. The atmosphere was great. The bartender in the restaurant side was very knowledgeable about the hotels history. I enjoyed listening to him. The pictures and original barback history was definitely something to see. If you like history this is a must see.

I had high expectations about this place but was very disappointed. The food was mediocre at best. Nothing fresh all frozen stuff. The waitress was very nice but sloooow! Worth a stop to look for history but skip the food.

The Irma is a wonderful place to eat, look at and enjoy! You must go here to see all the Buffalo Bill Cody things on display but you'll totally LOVE the booths, the tables the atmosphere they have kept just like the old Cody days. There are BIG moose, elk and buffalo mounts and sheep horns here that were from... More

In past visits we have really enjoyed the Irma; this time the place was filthy, the staff was surly, and the food was awful. Never again, no matter how historic it is.

We saw the gun show at The Irma hotel. It was free, but I suggest you pay $2 for an assigned seat. That way you're not standing up or trying to find an open section of the curb. The booth for the assigned seats is right by the hotel. We also ate the prime rib buffet. It was very good,... More

The Irma Cafe has been in Cody, WY since the time of Buffalo Bill Cody. The decor is rustic, open. and well lighted. The original massive bar and back mirror (Cherry wood?) are against the west wall, booths along the east wall, and with tables in the open area between. There are numerous (scores) of animal mounts high on the... More

Good portions, reasonably priced, right in the hotel and next to the action! The action being the shoot out that happens on the road next to the large porch. You don't need to purchase anything to watch the shootout.
