Steak... Steak... Steak!!

Cassie's is an institution in Cody... My husband and I had a lovely dinner. We shared a bone in ribeye and ordered extra side salad. It was more than enough food. The house merlot was decent and my husband enjoyed makers Mark. In both cases they provided an excellent pour at reasonable price. The... read more

Have eaten here several times. One time for dinner and several times for lunch. Steak for dinner very good choice. Sandwiches for lunch are very good. Reuben is very full of meat and the rye bread is tasty. Cheese steak is also a good choice. They offer a choice of soup, salad or fries with sandwiches.

We loved the staff, the food and the atmosphere! Russell helped is the first night and was helpful with our selections and was on point. We had the prime rib which was great. The had a country band playing and folks dancing, everyone very friendly. After checking out a few other places the next night, we decided to go back... More

Although I couldn't eat it all, the smoked half chicken is as good as you will get. My wife's halibut was perfectly done. The service was a little slow but very friendly. Built in 1923, it's worth a visit to explore the memorabilia.

If you're headed to Yellowstone, don't pass through Cody without a stop at Cassie's! The steaks are near perfection! Members of our party got Ribeye's, Filets, and the Prime Rib... None were disappointed! Fried bread and butter pickles were delicious. You might have to wait just a bit (only because of HIGH demand for a great experience)...but the scavenger hunt... More

Cassie's was recommended to us while visiting Cody, WY, so we ordered the steak burger to carry out. It was expensive for a burger but it was huge and very yummy! The fries were just okay. Since we did not dine in the restaurant, we can only comment on the food.

After a long, hot drive by bike from Yellowstone this was the first bar we found. The beer was ice cold and tasted like it came from heaven. The first beer lasted for five seconds and the refill was quick. We really liked the odd interior as well.

Ate there three times in two days as it was great food, excellent service and great entertainment. There was a western band at brunch on Sunday, a family group who played and sang at dinner and then a single cowboy singer the next day who was just wonderful to listen to.

The food was awesome but it took almost an hour for our food to come out. Luckily there was a band playing so we were entertained while we waited! I would go again without a doubt!
