I dropped by Cassie’s, a well-known local bar and supper club, not for dinner, but simply for a drink. This former “House of Fallen Women” (yes, they even brag about it), is now a steakhouse, bar, nightclub, dance hall …….. If you can think it, Cassie’s tries to be it. The interior is split into several levels and motifs, as... More

At the advice of TA reviews, we decided to give Cassie's a try on a trip to Cody. We didn't regret it. We didn't have reservations and it was a Thursday night so we had a bit of a wait...sat at the bar and waited for a table. Drinks were good and reasonable priced. Bartender even made her own version... More

The food and drinks are very good but you pay the price. Service is friendly and efficient. The bands are here every Friday and that's probably why the food and drinks are pricey but overall, it's a great night out and the bands are lots of fun. It is very Wyoming, which is why I love it. Totally unpretentious!

The food here is good, but expensive for the size of the steaks. The service is good & friendly. The drinks are xpensive compared to other places as well. The place has not changed in the last 25 yrs an.It needs to be updated & "dusted". THe band is the same that has been there for the last 20 yrs... More

The curb appeal is really good for the town it is in. The interior décor and atmosphere are very western matching the curb appeal and setting for the town. After 10pm the place lights up with live music and dancing. If you go for the food, you might be a little disappointed. For the price of your meal, which is... More

Famous Cody Steakhouse and honky tonk (later in the evening). Good service, nice atomosphere. Good food, fish, lobster, and steak in our group, all very good!

Our New Years Eve dinner was at Cassie's with friends. We were very late (the day before) making our reservation, and though they were busy they were able to accommodate us. The steaks were fantastic, as usual. Our server was extremely friendly and did a fantastic job, even though the noise from the dance floor was quite loud. Cassie's is... More

Our travels led us to Cody later in the evening. Our hotel receptionist gave us several restaurants that stayed open later which would satisfy our cowboy thirst and fill our bellies. We both selected the dinner specials of steak and fish. Both were delectable. Live music and cowboy dancing was a treat. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. We would... More

If you want steak, this is your place. Served on a sizzling platter. Had rib-eye one night and prime rib the other. Both were excellent quality. The décor can only be described as eclectic, with a parrot or two thrown in (ask about the importance of the parrots).

We tried Cassie's based on a recommendation from our hotel desk clerk. We arrived about 6:30 p.m. on a very busy Friday evening, without a reservation. We had to wait nearly an hour for a table, so we went to the bar for drinks while we waited. The bar itself was quite interesting, with lots of mounted cow horns, antlers,... More
