I was very impressed by the cool atmosphere, it was a true western place. They had a live singer and guitar player on a Monday night. We ordered the house cut prime rib (16 oz with a potato and soup or salad for $25.00 and worth every cent)!!!. The bartender was very nice and cordial.I love the true west feeling.... More

Went to eat before watching some live music here. Made a reservation on this Friday night and arrived and was pretty busy. We got our table about 15 minutes later than our reservation time but when we sat down there was trash on the floors and the table was dirty under the paper table cloth they must replace between parties.... The restaurant is at the west side of Cody toward Yellowstone. The extra couple of miles drive from the center of Cody is well worth it. Sheez, they actually had both Coors Banquet (our choice) and Coors Light. While we were reviewing the menu, a small combo played familiar music very well. The busy, but attentive, server took our order,... More

I've eaten a lot of steaks in some pretty fancy steakhouses, but the bull rider tenderloin was without a doubt the best I've ever had. Old Homestead and Peter Luger could learn a thing or two from this Wyoming tonk. The place is really awesome too, lots of cool old stuff on the walls, good local beer selection, and an... More

Recommended by our motel we tried Cassie's. We ordered16 0z prime rib & full rack of beef ribs. It came with soup or salad plus a choice of carbs. It also came with warm bread. Ribs were HUGE, prime rib a tad chewy but nice & lean. Too much food for us to finish. Well worth the money. Unexpectedly, a... More

We attempted to eat at Cassandra's but the wait was 45 minutes. We were willing to wait and went to the attached bar for a beer and a coke. While we were waiting, I killed two flies and there were more flying around. We decided not to eat in a place with that many flies.

A quick overnight stay in Cody and we looked for a decent bar and grill near our hotel. Cassie's is very dark on entering and very old Wild West, which is not much to our taste but it was very busy so it clearly suits a lot of people. The staff are very pleasant and eager to help but the... More

We did not have reservations on a Saturday night so it was a bit of a wait, but well worth it. The lobster stuffed mushrooms were fantastic, and the steaks are hand cut and delicious. Eat a little late and stick around for the band!

We ate here on our night in Cody and very glad we did. The place has real character about it and the staff are wonderful, from Willy the doorman to all of the wait staff. Now to the food! What delicious steaks, some of the best you will eat. I also recommend the buffalo wings. Do yourself a favour and... More

The food was plentiful and cooked to perfection. I thought the waitress was "stoned". She seemed to be lost and the country western singer made my ears bleed!
