BEST Prime Rib Ever

I had the most scrumptious prime rib at this restaurant. It was pricey, but worth every penny on this particular day. The side dishes served at this buffet style meal were also awesome. The salad bar was average at best. I would have expected more choices, but it was rather "plain." The man... read more

Don't miss this hotel, have a meal and check out the beautiful interior. I am so glad this hotel has been preserved. It could use a little sprucing up and the current decorations are kind of sloppy but it can't hide the original beauty of the dining room and bar. Try the sarsaparilla!

We went to the Irma for breakfast. The food was very good and the ambiance interesting, especially the bar that was a gift from Queen Victoria. The service, however, was terrible. Not only was the service slow, the server was also surly and borderline rude.

We stopped here to get a taste of history. A lovely bar and a good menue. Trouble is, getting your food. We waited more than half an hour for a salad and a Chicken Pot pie and the food was tepid at best. The baked potato was so cold the butter wouldn't melt. The food itself was tasty and there... More

A historic building, named after Bill Cody's daughter originally a hotel/bar. The "gunfight" is held each day at 6:00pm out front. The Grand Bar inside is beautiful and a "must see." The food was OK...the service was slow and from college kids or exchange students. Enjoy the ambiance!

Four of us had dinner at the Irma Restaurant on Sunday Evening, 12 July 2015. The place was absolutely packed. It was very noisy and chaotic. Perhaps it was just all of the tourists playing like they were in the Old West. The Irma Hotel has been very well preserved, and still has the western look and feel that it... More

Named after Buffalo Bill's daughter Irma. The Hotel is preserved well, it is beautiful, centered in town where the "Shoot OUT" is right in front. Be sure to go into the dining area and see the grand BAR.

We had so much dang fun at this place. Don't eat or drink anywhere else in Cody. I know this sounds wrong in a western town, but I ordered a Cosmoplitan. Chelsea at the bar made the best Cosmo I have ever had. She was fun, sweet, accomodating and all round made our visit a true ten. This place was... More

We visited Cody, Wyoming as a day trip from our Yellowstone National Park vacation. One of the draws is the Irma Hotel, built in 1902 by Buffalo Bill and named after his daughter. We arrived in time for lunch at the hotel restaurant. We were seated quickly in a cozy booth. Rather than ordering from the menu, both my dining... More

Good food. The buffet was a little over priced. We got a neat history lesson from the bartender who was dressed in costume.
