We ate here, I had the cowboy burger, could only finish half before I was full, so I had yummy leftovers for lunch the next day. My husband got the 8 oz prime rib, I tried a bite, it was excellent, and it was large. It was in Au Jus with horseradish on the side. We both got the "Irma... More

First of all - the restaurant itself was so wonderfully original. I loved the old west decor. I had a breakfast skillet which I thought was delicious, and my daughter had the biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were better than anything I have ever had! Wow!

The food was good. but nothing out of the ordinary. When we went the people at the bar were getting out of control; I don't think they even knew what day it was...

I've never written a review in my life but This place needs to step up its game. This was our second time at the Irma and the experience (service and food) was even worse than our first! We had the prime rib and filet the first time...worst steaks we've ever had-completely overpriced. Our server was almost never seen as well.... More

My $24.00 Rib Eye Steak (which i had beeen looking foward to for several days) was just bad; gristle, bone and fat. Did I mention it cost $24.00? The waitress with short "red" hair was disinterested to say the least, argued with me about whether I wanted vegetables (!), never did get around to offering coffee and dessert! The other... More

We visited from the UK. What a wonderful atmosphere and the food and service were great. We had Ribs, Steak and Seafood, all were excellent. We stayed the night in the old section of the hotel. The rooms were large, very clean and very comfortable. It added to our trip that we were able to stay in this historic hotel.... More

Who wouldn't want to say they'd dined in a piece of history. The Irma is probably on most folks list when they visit Cody. I've eaten there twice now (once back in 2006) and although it's good fun I don't think food and service are the best. Apparently they do not take reservations for a party as small as four... More

The Irma is a classic old building and still has a lot of the original fixtures - so it is definitely worth a visit - but I would suggest having a drink in the bar. We had dinner in the restaurant but found the food to be ordinary and the staff were quite unfriendly. Pop your head in to check... More

The Irma hotel restaurant is a true throwback in time. The look of this place is amazing with its tin ceiling, huge wooden bar, trophy stuffed animals all over the walls and hallways. Its like walking onto a movie set (well almost) It sure feels like it. Right on the main street downtown cody 1192 sheridan ave is where you will find... More

I would only recommend this place for it's history. I loved looking around the place and learning about the history. Food was okay and the service was bad. (I had heard this from other people before we went.) Glad we went though...
