Nickel coffee and good food!

I thought the nickel coffee might taste like it was only worth a nickel. I was wrong about that! The staff was friendly, the food was good, the prices were reasonable. Give it a try.

This is an original old time cafe and it has that old homey ambience. The food is good and so is the service. After tourist season, the locals retake their places here.

The food is adequate; there are better hamburgers and breakfast in Cody. I'd seek out one of those other places. Credit cards are not accepted; cash is king here. There is a sign hidden among many other signs that tells you this, but it doesn't stand out and looks like it's one of the decor signs they have posted. Tables... More

Basically a town place, there is mixed in the occasional tourista. Enjoyed the bargain coffee with 2 blueberry pancakes and blueberry syrup. No one will rush you here. One thing- NO CREDIT CARDS

Wonderful find in Cody. Great service. Coffee cup was never empty. Portions were large. Party of 6 quickly seated. Biscuits and gravy were good. Eggs perfectly prepared. Hashbrowns and corned beef hash delicious. Bacon is a must!

If you are going through Cody, this is a nice place to stop for breakfast. It's the standard eggs, sausage and pancakes mostly. On the road it's better than going to a chain. The food is hot and tasty. The service is quick. You may be surprised by the bland décor, but don't let that stop you.

Went there twice and was excellent both times. Had free breakfast at hotel, but couldn't pass this up. Mostly locals there. Fast and friendly service.

The staff were all absolutely lovely and the place was filled with locals, including lots of people in cowboy hats - so I was happy. The food was delicious and there was like 40 types of bread to have for toast. So in my opinion a great place to start the day. Real affordable too.

If you want a good breakfast to start out the day this is the place you want to go to when in Cody. It was recommended by many residents of Cody and you'll see a lot of local folks there in the mornings. It can get crowded but the staff keeps moving along and never saw anyone wait very long... Quiet place, good prices and friendly staff. The location is directly across from the motel and that was a very positive thing for us.
