We visited this restaurant on our road trip based on reviews. We have Korean daughters so have eaten a good amount of Korean food over the years. This was some of the best!! Everything was delicious. I wish we lived closer but we will visit again next time we drive through.

The review titled "It's all about the food" is about half right -- it's also about the poor competition in Cheyenne and the decent prices. In most cities I'd rate this place 4 circles (or 3 if I cared about the Spartan conditions or if I had eaten at a truly exceptional restaurant recently), but in this city of chains... More

This was one of our top meals during a 19 day Western trip. It's a VERY simple setting (be prepared..) but well worth it. Run by a Korean family, it is authentic Korean fare, very tasty and generous portions. We sample several different apps including the dumplings, and 4 different mains, all stellar. Fantastic meal.

The Korean House is all about the food, friendly service and simple. The beef short ribs were very tasty. Fried rice was just right. A nice treat to finish off our first time to Cheyenne.

It's kind of a hole in the wall, but the food was excellent & the server was friendly. This was my first time eating at a Korean restaurant, and I loved it. The be bim bop was great as were the side dishes. This was the first time that I really enjoyed kimchi. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking... More

Like others have posted, go for the food not the ambiance! The Cabbage Kim Chee was excellent and not hot (what I call Wyoming hot). They also served a fermented Diacon radish "Kim Chee" that was incredible. We had there fried Mondoon (dumpling) app, a noodle dish "Chae", and the "Spicy Sauteed Pork". Both were excellent. But the pork dish... More

We went here on a recommendation from a friend because we love all types of Asian food. Korean House does not look like much on the outside or the inside, but wait until the food is in front of you! The décor is strange and eclectic, and the dining room is small (seats 30-35). Korean figurines alongside Beanie Babies and... More

Went here for lunch while in Cheyenne on business. I was stationed in Korea twice and went there TDY a couple of times. This was the most authentic Korean Restaurant I have been to, the service was great, the food was great, loved the Bulgogi, Mondoo and Kimchi were great. It was not the best food I have ever eaten,... More

Have had the pleasure of eating at Korean House each time I have been in Cheyenne on business over the past few years. The food is always very good, especially on my last visit in early December 2013. The be bim bap is outstanding and prepared as it should. The bulgogi is also very good and one of my favorites.... Arriving late in Cheyenne, Oct. 30, we decided to try something different than BBQ! We lived in Korea 2 years so kimchi, chop chae, and bibim bap sounded great! The restaurant was easy to find in a small neighborhood. The flavors were authentic and the red sauce for the bibim bap was delicious- I would have liked to take some... More
