Cheyenne finally has a restaurant that's worth raving about! Our family of six recently dined at MHB and had a memorable experience from start to finish. Innovative great tasting food, warm atmosphere, and a waiter who shared his enthusiasm for the menu. Menu changes seasonally so already looking forward to next visit.

A friend and I were driving across country and stopped in Cheyenne. We looked up restaurants and the Morris House Bistro came highly rated. We were able to walk there from our hotel and it was well worth braving the cold. It was like stepping into a different world. The owners were gracious and the service was more than helpful.... More

I live in a town that's considered a food mecca, and MHB would do just fine here. Not a huge menu, but very nicely prepared, fresh and delicious dishes. I wish I could have tried everything. Very nice wine list, too; again small, but well-selected, and very reasonably priced. I look forward to returning. Why not a "five" rating, then?... More

We stopped in Cheyenne on our way home from Grand Teton National Park. We asked for a dinner recommendation and were directed to Morris House Bistro. We also checked Trip Advisor and saw that it had been highly rated as well. I can confirm that the dinner was outstanding. The service was excellent and the ambiance wonderful. The restaurant is... Traveling through Wyoming with an overnight stay. Expecting beef and barbecue as our only choices for dinner. Wow! What a great surprise to find this restaurant. A comfortable Southern home is your decor with authentic Southern food. Crab cakes, smoked duck, lamb chops, grits, and fried corn. The service reflects the quality of the food. If you're in Cheyenne, don't... More

The Morris House Bistro is very cozy, and only serves on limited days. Reservations are a must. However it is worth the wait. The food is excellent, the proprietors very personable. I love that the chef proudly proclaims that his body is "built by bacon." (Never trust a skinny chef!)

I loved our time eating at the Morris House Bistro. Amy Epstein, Sous Chef, was very focused on making sure the food was not just brilliant in flavors, but also fit within our diet restraints. Love this place!

We routinely use trip advisor on our motorhome trips and were VERY pleased with this recommendation! We fortunately were in Cheyenne on a Thurs eve and made an advanced reservation. They are only open Thurs-Sat and it is a small restaurant that needs reservations. My husband and I shared starters. He had the crab cakes and I had a salad.... More

My husband and I were driving to see the state capital in Cheyenne, Wyoming and saw a garden party in the neighborhood and noticed the heavenly aroma . As we drove past my husband said "that's a public place: it's a bistro"! We were there all evening. Though we love the west and everything about it, we felt like we... More

Ate here the night before a football game at UW. It was our anniversary and had found this restaurant through TA and some other word of mouth. I have traveled extensively all over the world and I can happily say that this was a wonderful experience. Great food, fantastic people and ownership and just an all around fun evening. Wish... More
