First time to Fire Rock Steakhouse. Had the Cajun Ribeye with twice-baked potato. The food was excellent! The bread served with the meal was wonderful. The service was so-so. When I got there, the host said I could sit in the dining room, or there was open seating in the bar and patio area. I opted for the patio. The... More

Driving down the main drag looking for something other than chain, saw the Fire Rock and pulled in. Busy with the dinner crowd, yet seated us right away. Prompt attention from our server, decent wine list ($66 Cakebread). Ordered the prime rib with sides - reasonably priced, especially with the current beef shortage $$. Excellent bread, salads and entrees -... More

From appetizers to dessert, the meal was delicious. Decent selection of wines moderately priced. Waitstaff provided prompt, friendly service. They don't take reservations for groups under 8 but we didn't have to wait for seating before 7:00pm.

Each time I have eaten in this restaurant, it is VERY busy. However, the service is good, and the food tastes delicious. It sometimes takes a little while to get the main course of the meal, but appetizers and salads arrive promptly.

We had a very nice lunch - good selection from what appears to be the same menu as dinner. The patio area is beautiful, but it was too hot for us to sit outside.

Great place in Casper! Worth a little (30 minute) wait... Our server, Hailey, did a great job - the Firecracker crunchy shrimpy appertizer thingy was the bomb! What ARE those crunchy thingies? We had the prime rib and the cioppino - both great. We were too full for dessert!

We are from Colorado but my in laws live in Casper. My husband and I ate here a few years ago on a date night while the grandparents watched our daughter and we LOVED it! So of course on our last trip we were excited when they said they wanted to take us out to eat here. The service is... More

I was in Casper by myself on business. Fire Rock was highly recommended, and from what I saw in my travels around Casper it is the best place in town. Being by myself, I chose to eat at the bar. The place was really hopping, so I certainly didn't feel alone. And bartender Drea provided me excellent service and, occasionally,... More

We stayed in Casper for one night. As usual I checked Trip Advisor for a place to eat. The Firerock sounded like just the place. We arrived around 9. Our waiter did not seem happy to see us, maybe he was hoping to leave early. He was inattentive the whole night, we had to repeatedly ask for things. On the... More
