Really nice place, decorated with original 50s fornitures. Informal place but poor menu (just a few burgers, a couple of sides, some salad). Staff was nice and average prices.

We drive through Casper regularly and we found this wonderful little diner on one of our trips. It is fairly easy to access from I-25 and worth the stop. The food is reasonably priced and good quality. However, the real reason to stop is the old fashioned malted milk shakes. Definitely not your place to stop if you are on... More

This was a cute diner and open late in the summer which helped us as we were having trouble finding some place open. The service was great and the decor felt true for an old diner but the food was only average for the price we paid. My husband and I had burgers that were just average for a gourmet... More

Johnny J's is a great place for sit down dinner that is nothing fancy, just good food in a fun atmosphere. Décor is '50 style and the burgers on the menu are named after '50 musical artists like Neil Sadaka and Fats Domino. The food is good, homemade style with some of the best chicken noodle soup I've eaten. Lunch... More

Fun 50's-60's diner that serves breakfast lunch and dinner. They have great burgers, milkshakes and PIES! They have the best homemade pies! Fun atmosphere for all ages and a wide selection of burgers to choose from. They do get very busy, but it is worth the wait. Order a pie for the holidays! Your guests will love you!!!

This is a great place to eat to get home style meals. Plenty to eat and a great price. Always a good place, no matter what time of day.

I have visited Johnny J's Diner twice for lunch recently. Both times, my food did not come for 30-45 minutes after it was ordered! Also, the waitress did not refill drinks or bring the check once we were finished. We had to ask her to do both. Although lunch hour is busy here, the organization between the kitchen and the... Outside and in the atmosphere is that of the classic art-deco diner. It was clean when I went in at five. The wait staff was overly busy before six when several more came on duty. I had fish and chips that were properly cooked and good. The fries seemed stale. The green beans were the classic diner over cooked with... More

This 50's-60's diner is cheerful & friendly with food simply but deliciously prepared -- just as in the 50's & 60's. We ate here twice within a week, once for lunch & once for supper. Both times we were greeted by big smiles -- sincere greeters. Made us feel very welcome.

It's a nice place to have dinner or burgers in a nice and friendly athmospere. For us everything was okay. Maybe you can find better food but all we can't report anything bad...
