decent mexican food in Casper

Good selection, nice ambiance, good service. I will go back when business sends me back to Casper. I had lunch.

Having lived here for 25 years, of all the Mexican restaurants in town, this is our favorite. The ambiance is quiet and relaxing with Mexican music in the background. It is seldom crowded, waiters are efficient and the food is fantastic. A place for locals...you will not be disappointed!

There was a spider cooked in the Spanish rice! When I showed the waiter he said its "just" a sack! Just a sack with legs! Offered no solution, no new plate. Nothing. Poor service and disgusting bugs in their food!

We enjoyed a delicious Father's Day meal at La Costa and I found myself wondering "why don't we come here more often? We should!". This is a great local restaurant that makes me feel like I'm in one of my favorite vacation spots. The cervasas are served ice cold, the chips are warm and thin (just the way I love... More

The menu was typical Mexican, but everything was cooked to order. Servers are family as are kitchen staff. Fajitas excellent and Modela Negra beer was ice cold. Only negative was renovations were taking place and part of dining area covered in plastic. Entrance was a maze to get inside.

We had the shrimp cocktail and the fish taco plate. It's a good choice in Casper. The service was friendly.

We had a craving for Mexican food, not taco bell, bot taco johns, but a sit down mexican restaurant, so, we tried La Costa. I have to admit, this is now my favorite Mexican restaurant. The home made salsa is FRESH, the tortilla chips crisp and warm. Good customer service, decent prices and ample portions.

Love the beans, best I've had since leaving LA. Large menu, authentic, great service, big margaritas. Have had excellent meals here, lunch and dinner. One of our favorite restaurants in Casper.

La Cost has about 10 pages of menu items, indicating that they make a lot of stuff, but do not make anything exceptional. The margaritas tasted like lime koolaid and their version of a chili relenno was more like a piece of canned green chili covered in scrambled eggs. I even asked if the relleno was a poblano chili and... More
