Sustainably sourced gourmet cuisine. Excellent service and nice beverage menu. Loved the Crème brûlée! Can't wait to return.

We stopped in through town for lunch and were pleasantly surprised to see organic items offered. Our kids enjoyed the Mac and cheese and we chowed on the BBQ. Was looking for something quick on our way through- great brews, most of the food was pretty good- good sauce, the eggplant pizza and Mac and cheese were a little bland but still good. Great patio!

We got up and left. My brother in law went to pay for 2 beers, and he gave the girl a 20 dollar bill. She took it and proceeded to count her tips. He had to ask for his change. It was pathetic. You won't be disappointed in your meal at UP IN SMOKE. The food is consistently good. The restaurant has a great outdoor patio, a large selection of microbrews both local and national brands and the owners and staff are very accommodating. This is a downtown Main Street Buffalo favorite for residents and visitors.

The hotel recommended the Occidental but I felt underdressed (khakis, columbia long sleeve, hiking boots, knit hat) so I continued up to this place. I make a lot of my own smoked sausage and meats and that being said, they do a great job of smoking meat! Now, people continue to talk about BBQ. BBQ is different in different places of the country.
