Best Cajun Blackened Catfish I have ever had!

Ok, so here you are in the land of milk, butter & cheese, so maybe you expect something with a Scandinavian flare, but no, in a building that looks distinctly Swedish you will find one of the best Cajun restaurants this side of New Orleans! The catfish had been rubbed in a zesty spice and... read more

We had high hopes for this restaurant since we LOVE seafood. Visited on vacation and was hugely dissapointed. We got the Shrimp Cocktail and Calamari for appetizers. The shrimp was warm at best. The Calamari came with 1/2 of it with a breading of red and green specks in it and the other 1/2 was not fully cooked and was... More

The service was really slow, even though there were only a few tables filled with people. We waited an hour for our food & mine was brought out 20 min before my husband's. My jumbalaya was just ok, but my husband's steak was stone cold & very rare. There are lots of other really good restaurants on the main drag;... More

This is the place to visit if you looking for excellent food that made by people who know what they are doing. The food is superb , the crawfish is peaked to perfection with the great combination of heat and spice. The po-boys ( more well known as a sandwich ) has the best balance of New Orleans flare. The... Great Food we went in to have some cocktails and some appetizers that night. Food was hot and freshly serviced. The waiter got the food order right but did get a little confused taking out drink order. I asked for an Abita purple haze and he brought and a turbo dog. We asked Lit's he brought out an MGD by... We got right in, bonus! The food is pretty good (If you skip the kids meals) but the service, knowledge, and owner really kill it. Our server knew nothing about what was in the dishes, no substitutions could be made, the owner has a we are right, so sorry too bad attitude. A lady came in and asked what was... More

Worse service I have ever seen at a restaurant. My wife ordered the crawfish etouffee under the dinner menu. Underneath that section of the menu, it said platter includes coleslaw. They brought out a coleslaw for my sampler dinner but not for my wife. When I mentioned that they forgot the coleslaw for my wife's dinner, the manger (or owner)... More

We love New Orleans and its food and have been to this restaurant before. This was our third visit. On our first visit, when they originally opened, it was fantastic. Food was great and so was the service. 2nd visit we ate outside. Food was good but the service lacked tremendously. And the disappointment just keeps growing. We were there... More

This was my husband's choice. As we sat down I told him yelp gave this place 2 1\2 stars. He thought I was being negative. When we left he agreed that is an accurate rating. The waitress was friendly. It took about an hr to get our food. My husband got the corn chowder soup which tasted good, but was... More
