Stopped with family on a Sunday -- was packed but got right in. Cash only, by the way! Eggs benedict are superb. 2 eggs, ham, etc. with a rich sauce. Hashbrowns must have been made from salted baked potatoes because they were excellent and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. Others had french toast, the Lumberman's special,... More

We came for breakfast on New Years eve with our family. All of the gadgets and toys made this place a fun place to be a kid. We heard that the cinnamon rolls were good, but the truth is they a VERY good and they are big. I had biscuits and gravy, which was good, my wife had eggs an... More

If you go out for breakfast in the dells make sure you go here. The place is small and it gets packed very quickly but the food is worth it. Breakfast special of the day was eggs benedict and I tell you it was the best eggs benedict that I've ever had in my life. The eggs were cooked medium... More

their baklava was amazing too! The little corner restaurant had great food & service w/ an atmosphere fun for the whole family. You may have to wait for a seat, but well worth it and not too expensive. We bellied up to the horseshoe bartop w/ the kids & they enjoyed a Coca-Cola in a jar, which they thought was... More

Good service, good hot food. With a 20% coupon we found, we ate for less than $20 for 2 adults and 2 kids.

My wife and I stopped in here with our 16 month old son and 12y.o. nephew on Saturday morning. It was a toss up between here and Cracker Barrel, my trusty breakfast standby, and we landed here just for something out of the ordinary. We were warmly greeted by a waitress and sat immediately. My wife had an omelette with... More

Its unusual for me to leave a terrible review but this place was no good. My wife and I ate here on vacation in the Dells. I had French toast... Basically it was egg and bread. My ham was OK and the extra eggs I ordered were meh. The resteraunt was very dirty for example the air conditioning unit next... More

We spent almost $25 on two meals with drinks for a late breakfast and it's cash only. After the waitress made her way to us, as an after thought, we ordered corned beef hash with eggs over medium and hashbrowns and french toast with scrambled egg and ham steak. The coffee was ugh. The hash was decent but super greasy,... More

The food here is thoroughly average. You won't come back for the food. At least not for the quality. You also won't go away hungry as the quantity is larger than average for the price. In addition, you won't be surprised by anything on the menu. This is diner food, plain and simple. What might keep you coming back is... More

If you like a little bit of nostalgia from the fifties this is the place for you. All the old signs, pictures of past performers and a train on the ceiling above you. The food is fresh and very good. You have to try the hot cinnamon rolls.
