Truly one of the best kids places around. In the 'train room' the food is delivered to your table by a toy train. You have to see it to believe it but the kids LOVE it. When the food isn't coming out they sent out teddy bears or even bubbles. The food is decent but the ambiance is top notch.... More

Food was ok. We had to wait 35 minutes on a Wednesday night for a table with train delivery. Fun atmosphere.

We took our two granddaughters to Phil's because we had heard good things. We walked in and it was not busy at all, but we were told we would need to wait 10 minutes. After about that, they took us to the booth that the little train ran by and everyone was ever so happy. We looked at the menu... More

Food was so so. Allergy friendly menus were great and made ordering a breeze. My son loved the train and watching it bring food to the table. So that was definitely a highlight for him. Atmosphere 5 stars for a great kid friendly place. Food 3 stars since it was average tasting.

We had a problem with the food, but it was the waitress's awful attitude that would make us not return. Three times she gave us empty ketchup bottles, could not get refills on sodas, had to go to the bar. Nice atmosphere and that's about it!!

There is a little train that delivers the kids food. I found that nice. The place is decorated to look like the Wild West and there is a salad bar, a gift shop and a arcade at the back.

It's a fun place for kids but it's also a charming restaurant. A huge two-level restaurant built of logs with a train and western themed decor. If you're there with kids, you have to request one of the train rooms - on both levels. A miniature train delivers food and drinks to your table - the kids LOVED and I... More

With the promise of great ambiance reminiscent of early pioneer days and the beginning of the American railroad, and great food delivered by a model train we took our 20 month old son there for dinner. We were given a buzzer and told that it would take 40 minutes to be seated. It's a very large restaurant and the decor... More

The service was nothing extraordinary but the food was. The BBQ pizza was delicious and so were the nachos. Highly recommend!

The burgers are good and they are quite thick. If you have a child make sure you get a table along the train line because some tables don't have a train that deliver the food. The wood working in the restaurant is quite nice.
