We stopped in for Sunday breakfast. Very busy, but no one waited for more than 15 minutes to be seated. Wife had eggs benedict and the poached eggs were barely cooked. I ordered fried eggs medium & they were very runny. This may be due to being busy and trying to rush the meals out. This is... read more

Service was kinda slow and the restaurant is super small compared to what I thought it would be. Breakfast was Chorizo and Eggs but no salsa verde. The chorizo was excellent though

The atmosphere was nice, not noisy. Menu had lots of variety and prices were reasonable. The waitstaff was very friendly and attentive. But we were disappointed in the food. We both had rouladen and it was chewy and lacking in flavor. The potato salad was way too sweet. The spaetzle was swimming in butter. We did like the appetizer platter.

Didn't know what to expect but liked décor minute we entered. It kept getting better with menu, wait staff, etc. I had a Reuben sandwich on pumpernickel rye and best coleslaw ever! Husband had shaved prime rib melt on grilled sourdough and a gourmet side of fresh fruit. Both meals were attractive and tasted great.

Food is always good! Hard to get seated at times. Tables were open, so not sure what the problem was. On the last visit, there was an issue with the bacon for one order. They sent us home with a to go box full of bacon. Which was a nice touch.

American/ German food. Everything from apps and soup to dessert is excellent! Daily specials keep it interesting. Great breakfasts too. You will not leave hungry no matter what time of day you visit!

This is a great little hide away in Barton (West Bend). The food and service are great. It's a smaller place so be prepared to wait a bit on Sunday for breakfast but it's well worth it!

Good menu choices, good service by the waitress and water girl. Food was really good as well as the Bloody Mary. It came with a varied garnish. I will visit again. Can't wait to try breakfast and dinner menu items.

This place has the best breaded shrimp dinner around. Huge pieces with great breading. The fish frys also come with fresh bread and rolls, and a rarity in Wisconsin - a side salad AND cole slaw. I rarely order breaded shrimp anywhere because of small portions, but I never leave this place hungry. The fish is also very good, and... More

Our first time visiting the restaurant. We made a reservation beforehand which we were glad that we did. Customers were lining up at the door to get in. The meal was excellent and the service was outstanding. The whole staff and not just the primary server took care of us and checked in on us.
