Maxfields is an exceptional place for a hardy breakfast, it's just off Mayfair road and Center Street. food is very good and servers are friendly. One of our favorite restaurants for breakfast or lunch, it is not open for dinner.

My bill came to $9.53 and I paid with a twenty. The casher insisted that I had given him a ten dollar bill. He refused to give me the ten dollars that I was owed. I know that I had not had a ten in my wallet, plus I saw him put my twenty in the drawer. I know it's... More

This restaurant has the best omletts I've ever had--big, fluffy and cheesy! I had the vegetarian with the addition of breakfast sausage which I split with my wife and there was still some to take home. The omletts also get served with 3 small pancakes which were also quite good. Service was good and the price quite resonable. I would... More

Stopped in at Maxfields for breakfast on Saturday morning. It wasn't too busy when we got there. Got seated immediately. The service was fantastic and so was the food. We liked it so much we went back on Sunday. It was a little busier then, but we still didn't have to wait too long. Their crew is efficient and friendly.

We love the fox point location but have tried the Mayfair location twice and both times the wait was AWFUL. They weren't very busy and it was a Tuesday at 11. We were seated immediately but waited 30 minutes for a waitress and then 25 minutes for our food (we all had pancakes or basic scrambled eggs and toast). 2... More

Food was good, omelet was large & fluffy, hash browns crispy. Orange juice was fresh squeezed and delicious. Nice clean large booths.

Maxfield's is wonderful! It starts filling up with locals very early. The waitstaff is so friendly and seem to know everyone who comes in. The food is freshly made, delicious and very fairly priced. We ended up eating here twice because we enjoyed our first breakfast so much. I had the blueberry pancakes and my husband had the buckwheat pancakes... More

I went to Maxfields because I like trying different breakfast places in the area. I wasn't disappointed. They had a great variety of options, and happily accommodated additions I wanted to make to the Spartan omelette that I ordered. My coffee cup never reached even close to empty, and my water was consistently refilled without me having to call someone... More

Tripadvisor doesn't want to recognize Maxfield's Pancake House's Fox Point, WI location. This is at 333 W Brown Deer Rd Fox Point, WI. We had a group of six there for breakfast this morning and were treated with some of the best service that I have seen at this type of breakfast place. Your coffee cup is never empty and... More

I ordered regular pancake and omelet. It comes with fruit! Not a full plate, of course, but it is good to have some after meal.
