Sprizzo Gallery Caffe is my favorite downtown Waukesha “go to” spot since it has the perfect menu and atmosphere for me to enjoy everything from a breakfast with my husband’s 93-year-old grandmother, lunch with a friend, an afternoon meeting over coffee, and evening drinks and appetizers shared with my girlfriends while listening to some local musical talent. The decor is... More

This is a favorite when we are downtown Waukesha. Nothing is too complex, but nicely chosen simple flavors combine in freshly made food that hits the spot.

Although the food may be great I can't say the same for the staff! I've gone to Sprizzo many times and the staff is always the same. It took a waiter 5min to come and take our order, now I would understand if it was busy but there were only 2 other tables being used, unacceptable! Then to top it... More

Got hooked on bloody Mary's for breakfast in Aruba, so we decided to stop at Sprizzos for their weekend make your own bloodys. We were not disappointed. So many ingredients to chose from including shrimp, dilly beans, Brussel sprouts, olives, mushrooms, etc. A good way to spend a lazy Sunday morning. Looks like a Sunday tradition to me.

Don't get here as often as I did when I worked in Downtown Waukesha so when I had lunch here recently, I was pleased to see that Sprizzo's sandwiches and soups are just as tasty as ever. This time I ordered the roast beef sandwich on 7-grain bread. It was made with slices of green pepper and raw onion, and... More

Tonight whilst dining at Sprizzo Gallery Cafe, I ran into a bit of a snag. I was starving and needed a good bite to eat. The staff was extremely welcoming and warm, the atmosphere was superb and the St. Patrick's day decorations were magnificent! I must pay special tribute to my waitress Danielle in whom I came to find out... More

Hard to say what the best part about Sprizzo is, great artwork, coffee, soups and sandwiches! I love the beer cheese soup and black and blue steak salad. Their cheesecake is amazing and is fantastic with their martini's!

I go here because my wife likes it. I not a fan. Food is average. Service is passable. Prices are not reasonable for portions served. The place just doesn't check any of my boxes. I dread it when my wife suggests that we go there. I have different tastes when it comes to sandwiches and salads. I suggest that you... More

This cafe is an artsy, chic but loud joint. Loud people's voices just bounce. We also did wait quite awhile prior to having our order taken though. The food was tasty when we finally did get it. Not sure if we'd return. 1) grease smell. 2) it's a loud place. 3) service is so so.

Who would have thought that oatmeal and muffins could taste so good? A low-key and family friendly place to eat.
