The Steaming Cup offers the BEST sandwiches in all of Waukesha! The atmosphere is wonderful with photographs by the owner of Waukesha's many downtown events.

Fun atmosphere and good food. The mint brownies are the best! Bakery items are always fresh- the blueberry scones are my favorite.

It's a quaint little place located in a perfect place for a bistro. The cost of food is ok for a once in a while visit, but not a place I'd go often. The food itself was better than good, but not excellent...

My wife and I went to the steaming cup today, very busy and not very friendly, ordered two lattes with no foam and 140 degrees, the clerk there questioned me because he did not understand why I didnt want my coffee too hot to drink. So of course, the drinks were way too hot to drink and they both had... More

Great sandwiches, soups and service. Flexible portions and the prices are reasonable. There are many items on the menu I want to try.

The Steaming Cup provides the quintessential coffee shop experience from the moment you walk through the doors. The décor is vibrant and eclectic, which is a direct reflection of the employees, menu, music and visitors that you will find during any given visit. Perusing the various photos of Waukesha events while playing a board game and sipping on one of... More

The Steaming Cup, as the name implies, is the place to go for coffee or tea, of which they have a vast array to choose from. But their creative and ever-changing menu includes delicious breakfast and lunch choices also, from oatmeal (not your mama's oatmeal!) to their signature pulled pork sandwich and much, much more. For those of you who... More

I was at the Steaming Cup in downtown Waukesha last week for an informal meeting. This was my first time to the steaming cup and I did not want to have anything with caffeine so I ordered a caffeine free green tea. The staff was friendly and it was a great place to talk business.

We were looking for a light breakfast one Sunday morning and hoping to find an independent place somewhere amongst all the chains. We diverted into central Waukesha and found exactly what we hoped for. The coffee here is good, the service friendly and prompt. The breakfast sandwiches were good value, and allowed you to season to taste. The atmosphere is... More

I went there with a group of people and were greeted and welcomed. I loved the atmosphere. I could not decide on what deserts to get since they all looked good. I had the strawberry rhubarb pie and it was so good I could go back just for a slice and I am 25 miles at least away!
