Very friendly staff, great food and even though meals can be closer to $15 a dinner is always enough to share or you'll have leftovers for another meal. The crab Rangoon is some of the best I've had, delicious!

Ching Hwa is the classic Chinese restaurant in decor and food. Kind of hard to get to on a frontage road and the decor is a little long in the tooth. However, the food is excellent and definitely worth a stop - no from-the-freezer Chinese buffet or carry-out type food, everything seems to be made fresh. Princess Chicken is one... More

My husband and I stopped at Ching Hwa one day for lunch. We love Chinese food, and normally go to Emperor's Kitchen down the road on Bluemound Road. We wanted to try something different, and this restaurant has been there a long time. I ordered a chicken subgum, and it was awful. I honestly didn't eat it, and they took... More

Stayed at the motel 2 doors down and ate here for dinner. It was very good. I haven't eaten at an actual Chinese restaurant in a while as it seems all there is are the crappy Chinese Buffet type places everywhere. It was nice to actually have a menu to order from and have the meal cooked to your order.

Friendly staff with very good value food and varied menu! Our favorites are the cashew chicken and mongolian beef. They offer enough to make our children happy with pork or chicken fried rice and many appetizers. The menu is extensive and although we go often, we've hardly delved into it as we have our favorites. Tip: Don't miss out on... More

I have been eating at this Chinese/Mandarin restaurant for over five years. They are family owned and operated. Please order the Hot & Sour soup, even though it is only available in a tureen for two or more, you will love it! And you may have some left to take home! This is the only restaurant I know of that... More

I have been eating at Ching Hwa for around 20 years. Although the chairs and wallpaper, etc. are showing their age, the food is always excellent. I've tried many of the dishes on the menu, but my absolute favorite is Twice Cooked Pork--pork strips with lots of ultra fresh cabbage, black mushrooms and green pepper in a really tastey sauce.... I have eaten dinner at this place for years. This is a decent Chinese/Mandarin restaurant. The service is usually quite good and you get your food very quickly. The amount of food that you get is impressive and worth the price. The food can be a bit bland unless you choose something flavorful. The interior is really interesting. I did... More

Amazing Chinese! You pay for what you get which is almost always two meals worth
