Description: Craft pizza, local ingredients. In a sea of $5.00 pizzas loaded with fat, "cheese" from out of state, salt, grease, and chemicals that none of us can pronounce, we offer something better. Proudly using produce sourced from local family farms, organic wheat flour from Lonesome Stone Milling in Lone Rock, Wi, and 100 percent Wisconsin cheese from Grande, in Brownsville, Farmer John's, in Spring Green, as well as Hooks. Our meats come from Underground Meats in Madison, and Jordandal Farms in Antigo. All of our pizzas are created with fresh, seasonal ingredients and are like no other.

Fantastic food, great service, worst dine-in experience in recent memory. The decibel was off the chart with screaming children and the temperature in the dining area was easily low 80's. Order deliver or take out. If you dine-in, bring your ear plugs.

I love Sal's. I love their local ingredients, their unique combinations of pizza toppings, the variety in their menu items, and the homey atmosphere of their restaurant. I'm so glad to hear that they are expanding, because everyone needs to experience how delicious this is. The best part is, it's a local business supporting local farmers and not a chain... More

We ate here for the first time and it was so delicious! Very quaint, homey place but very welcoming with great pizza! The kids absolutely loved the pizza, but they also had some pizzas for a more sophisticated adult palate as well. Definitely worth stopping for!

First you need to check out their menu on FB https://www.facebook.com/tomatopies Second they are closed Mondays. Lunch specials include two medium slices and a soda for $6. Slices are different every day. They also have great sandwiches and are bringing new menu items on all the time. Gourmet pizzas at around $20 are good for 2 adults. The location is... More

I love Sal's pizza, must admit that I never eat in though...always carry out... It's very good, love the sauce (I hate pizza that is drowning in cheese, but dry with little sauce). Locally sourced, high quality ingredients make it that much easier to order here. My only complaint is that their largest isn't really all that large, so if... More

It's so good! The ingredients are fresh and unique. Best pizza around forsure. The only strange thing is that it's location in a strip mall doesn't match it's local, metropolitan menu. Umm...try farmer John's....the best pizza I have had.

This is good pizza. Creative topping combos and good quality ingredients. Never would have tried figs on a pizza, but after reading reviews we had to try the #7 Fig and Bacon. Hands down my favorite pizza ever. Restaurant is small and busy, we usually opt for take out. But they have a little area for kids to play. If... More

Killer pizza. Madison has some great pizza joints, but this is hands-down the best. These guys would make a killing on State Street in Madison. You're looking at $17/pizza, but if you're in the mood for something better than a $5 hot-and-ready, it is highly worth a stop for some take-out on the way home from work. The restaurant itself... I wish I could try other pizzas here because all I hear are good things about their pizza. I have to be Gluten and dairy free, so I ordered a GF pizza with the bean puree and Italian sausage. There was barely any sausage on it and the crust was so hard I could barely eat it.

If you enjoy wood-fired pizzas, this is the place for you. We went on a Saturday night around 9pm and got seated immediately. We ordered the Fig & Bacon whole pie (a personal favorite) and a split topping pie consisting of their El Valiente and the daily special (pork belly, pickled veggies, oyster/shiitake mushroom, etc.). Everything was fantastic. These varieties... More
