Just returned from date night dinner here. It was s good choice. Started with liqueur spiked coffee drinks then deep fried gnocchi (flavorful) appetizer. Cherry rib and mushroom ravioli entrees were generously portioned and tasty. We ALMOST didn't eat here for the bad reviews but then we would have missed out on a delicious meal in a relaxed, cozy atmosphere.... More

Right on the main drag as part of your Door County experience, it's hard to miss the Inn at Cedar Crossing. This quaint corner eatery has outdated decor and even more outdated entrees. I've heard great things about breakfast here and our group was nearby for dinner. So we tried several entrees, including the spaghetti & meatballs, ribs, prime rib,... More

We went for Sunday brunch which is really just extended breakfast service plus lunch options. Food was good. One of us had a normal kind of breakfast, eggs, bacon, toast. The other had a big gooey pile of shredded, fried potatoes topped with cheese and choice of egg plus toast. Not telling who ordered which. Both tasty. One of left... More

We try to eat here at least once when visiting family in the area. The food is very good. I personally like the quiche and the bakery items area the best around. If you're in town you need to give this place a try.

We always stop here for lunch whenever we visit Door County. They were not busy so we were seated right way. We each ordered soup-sandwich combo. Both sandwiches were very tasty. My husband had pastrami and I had the tuna salad sandwich. I always wish we had room to try dessert, but haven't yet. It all looks great in the... More

We were looking for a place to grab some lunch on our way out of town and stopped here. It's in a great location and looks very inviting. Upon entering we had to wait for about 20 minutes though I believe we got there in the middle of the lunch rush so it wasn't a big deal. The waitress was... More

This is a good restaurant, worth checking out. I love it that it's an Inn also which looks inviting on-line. Our highest priority visiting Sturgeon Bay was the view of the water so that put this place at a distinct disadvantage from the start. It was a windy, cold day so the fireplace full of candles made it feel welcoming.... More

If you are looking for a decadent treat, try one of their outstanding morning buns - every thing from their bakery is from scratch and irresistible! For lunch I LOVE their Tuna melt - it has capers in it and is to die for. A while back I had their daily special which was a Caesar Salad with marinated shrimp... More

There is always something on the menu for everyone in your group. The menu is varied and their seasonal offerings are tasty. Their morning buns can not be beat - anywhere. Eat them there or take them home for breakfast the following day, you just need to pop them in the microwave for 15 seconds. D

Had both lunch and dinner here on a recent trip. Broccoli soup was creamy and delicious. Salads are fresh and appealing. Bread is bakery fresh. Atmosphere is casual and low key. A pleasant dining experience with a varied menu.
