My husband's mom has visited often and took us there for brunch. With the name Sugar and Spice, I was picturing a cute bakery; therefore, I was surprised to find that it was more of a local cafe. I was a little worried that the food would be greasy but our food was really good. I would definitely visit again.

This place is a gem! Wonderful food & super friendly service! It is becoming a part of my weekly routine! I love going there with friends and enjoying awesome food served hot & fresh. The blueberry coffee cake is a must! Don't miss this gem!

I've liked everything I've ever eaten here, except the scallops, which were overcooked and "burned", even the second time after sending them back. I also would like to see the staff stop with "pre-pouring" the water into glasses and leaving these glasses set out on the counter until taken to a table. I would think the glasses of water get... Great place to relax and enjoy your meal without feeling rushed. The food is simple, but excellent. The portions are generous. And the prices are great. It might take a little effort to find ... but it's definitely worth it.

Very tasty, well priced, excellent service, and perhaps one of the cleanest diners I've ever eaten at. Definitely a preferred local breakfast spot.

A very fine establishment owned by 2 sisters who work as hard as anyone to please their customers. Friendly environment and reasonable prices. A deli is part of this establishment and the quality is excellent! Kent S. from Stoughton

Stopped in for breakfast close to noon, but as with so many of these small home cooking places, breakfast is served all day. I ordered the hamburger steak breakfast. Perfectly done well seasoned 2/3rd. pound hamburger patty. Two TRULY farm fresh eggs done to perfection and the most perfectly done hash browns we have had for a long time. My... More

Great small town diner. All of the usual daily specials and everything seems to be homemade and taste great. Great desserts.

If you like comfort food, this is the place! Hidden gem, might be a little hard to find tucked away on a side street, but the trip is worth it. Tasty entrees and prices are reasonable. Breakfast and lunch selections are plentiful, as is the coffee constantly being replenished in your cup (seems only natural since this is the city,... More
