Excellent swedish pancakes with lingonberries

We stopped here for lunch on a Wednesday (seems like everywhere else is closed for lunch on Sundays). Beautiful sunny day and we were fortunate to get a table out on the patio in the shade. Nice menu on the chalkboard. We both opted for the Swedish pancakes w/ lingonberries and they were... read more

Used to be a wonderful little restaurant, but something changed recently. The food is inconsistent and way over priced for portion and quality.

The setting is nice, but the food is overpriced for the small portions you get. Also, the waitstaff needs customer service training!!

My wife and I have been coming to this little spot for probably many years and we have always enjoyed ourselves here... Food at the cafe is always good and the goodies from the bakery never disappoint! The outdoor dining area is a wonderful little courtyard filled with flowers and a little fountain. We'll be back many more times.

We thought a nice trip to the Stockholm area would be perfect capped with a nice meal at the Bogus Cafe, which my mother recommended. Upon arrival, we thought the atmosphere was nice. There was live music which was tastefully done and set back away from the eating area. The tables were set nicely and the servers promptly attended to... More

Family outing and Stockholm was #1 on my list. We stopped for breakfast / early lunch. Menu looked interesting but holy smokes the prices are high. I have no problem spending good $ on good local food, neither of those were present at this location. As a chef I was so looking forward to sitting in this outdoor little treasure... More

Beautiful setting and tasty food. But, very small portions at relatively high prices. Service was almost comical it was so bad. First in line to start, stood waiting to be seated (place was barely half full) for about 5 minutes right in front of the entrance door before anyone even acknowledged we were there. Once seated, we got bread fairly... More

Stockholm, WI isn't much more than a slow-down on State Hwy 35, but it's worth not just slowing down, but stopping for a meal. Bogus Creek has great food, good service, and breakfast that is served all day. Meals were unique -- Cuban black bean soup was excellent! Portion sizes are fair for the price. Only downside: Cash and checks... More

My mother, sister and I were quite disappointed with our experience at this cafe. Greeted by a welcoming and picturesque outdoor area, we were initially impressed with the cuteness of this place. At first, we hesitated due to what we considered to be high prices on their menu for the day; yet, we wanted to give it a shot and... More
