I love dining outside here! The food is always good. I love the atmosphere and the staff is very friendly.
We stopped here for lunch, and were very happy with the food & service. Restaurant used to be a church, and still has that feel (pews & stained glass). Beautiful garden area outside. Our server (and the chef) was very nice and patient with our many questions about the food since one of our group has food allergies. I had... More
I had the pleasure of dining at the Mission Grille over Christmas and I cannot express how wonderful this place truly is! The steak was outstanding as was the bottle of wine! I would definitely recommend to anyone who who desires a meal that will go beyond your expectations! I have only one piece of advice...... DO NOT CHANGE A... More
I have been there several times and have always had good service and great food. I love the quaint setting (a former chapel) and the intimate dining areas. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a relaxing quiet dinner.
We were in Door County for a wine tasting weekend. Staff here helped our club organize a tasting dinner at their restaurant. Food was superb and staff couldn't have been any better. Decor is very interesting. Would recommend advance reservations, as this is a very popular restaurant.
We go up to Sister Bay every year for Fall Fest. We never leave without eating at the Mission. We sometimes eat there multiple times because the food and the service are so excellent! This restaurant is not to be missed.
We ate here on a weeknight and happened to hit the night when the special was half price wine, which made our evening even better. We had two different entries, the duck and the salmon. Both were delicious and our service was very good. We were there early so there were very few people in the restaurant. We have eaten... More

Some of the original parts of the church are still there - pews for some seating, pulpit for the hostess stand, lots of stained glass. We were able to get a reservation in advance, and... More
I really enjoyed having lunch at mission grille. It was a perfect day to sit outside and enjoy our first day of vacation. My husband talked it up a bit as one of his favorite lunch spots and it didn't disappoint. My sandwhich was wonderful, so was our daughters Mac and cheese that we couldn't seem to keep out of.... The old structure was a church transformed into the Mission Grille. Their food was top notch and the history of the place gives it a nice glow. Normal American options much like a stake-house, but the atmosphere was great.
