St. Francis Brewery & Restaurant has been serving heavenly food and sinfully good beer to the St. Francis and Milwaukee community since April 2009. As a locally owned business, our restaurant creates a warm, family-friendly dining experience. Our full menu offers something for everyone with several unique items made with our beer or hand-crafted soda. Brewmaster Scott Hettig creates traditional brews with new seasonal and cask conditioned beers to try each month. Beers on tap at the restaurant are brewed on site with the option to buy or refill half-gallon growlers of our beer or hand-crafted soda.

The Architecture is Worth the Visit

A very friendly establishment, with fare offerings that are a cut above the usual pub food. Very bright and open, and suitable for friends or business gatherings. It's a fun atmosphere with plenty of fresh beer. Plan to sit and stay a while.

I've really become a fan of the food here but I'm not a huge fan of the beers I've tried. The shepherds pie and jambalaya are both very good. The fish fry is excellent. The frequent sinners rewards make this a great place for business dining.

Been here twice for Sunday Brunch with all the extended family, 25 + people, to celebrate baptisms and 1st communions. Always had a wonderful experience and good food. Different stations around the restaurant offer different food items. Chef will prepare omelets as you wait with just what you want in it. Their Beer Braised Beef is delicious! It's all you... More

My husband and I wanted to see Tom and Evan play so we headed here for dinner and music. We were pleasantly surprised. We were expecting a small pub. The building is new and spacious. I ordered the Wrath Amber Ale. When it first came I thought "just so so" but the longer it sat on the table and warmed... More

We have been here a few times now. They have a nice selection of beers and some really good food. You will get your fair share also & won't go away hungry. We have had some good bartenders and good staff. This last visit, however, we had a waitress who brought us the wrong beer, denied it and then could... More

We called ahead to see if they could take our reservation for 8. They told us they needed to check with the manager and said, no not tonight. We still went in and walked in on a moderately busy restaurant but still plenty of tables available. We checked in and I greeted (yes, they waited for me to say hello!)... More

We had a large group and others had told us the brewery could not accommodate us on the Saturday we wanted but Jason figured it out for us! Fun beers & good food :)

Not impressed with their food ...expensive and food portions are small..not worth the price. However atmosphere is relaxing and great for a night out with friends...Lots of drink specials. Their outside patio is also nice, they have yard games for you to play...

I always enjoy St. Francis Brewery. They have an excellent beer selection and it's by far best when enjoyed here. We've bought their bottled stuff elsewhere and the flavor is definitely better in-house. The food is very good. The burgers are great pub fare and they have a good fish fry. If you really like beer, get the flight to... More
