It's been years since I have had lunch here. The reason for lunching here for quite some time certainly has nothing to do with the quality of the food or service. I was here to meet a friend visiting the area from Boulder, CO. We both found the lunch menu to be very adequate for just about any diners appetite.... More

Ashley D. waited on our party of 13 for lunch. She provided excellent, personable, friendly service. The menu had something for everyone. We loved our food. This was the first time we tried cheese curds and we all loved them. Better than mozzarella sticks. I substituted fried shrimp for chicken in the Asian salad. Fantastic. The colossal fish sandwich, wings,... More

Hubby & I have been here several times. Beautiful north woods interior. We stoppef in today & the lady bartender looked right at us but didn't say a thing. We had to assume we should just seat ourselves. There were two people at the bar but no one seated at any tables. I guess 4:00 was too early or too... More

My husband and I have eaten three times here and the service has always been decent however the food has been over priced and there has always been a wait (a loooonnnggg wait). The "amazing" Broaster's chicken was quite a let down to everything I have heard about it.

My wife and I lived in the neighborhood of the owners of this sports bar. We did not know the owners well before they built the bar. We were delighted to have such a nice clean well run bar in our neighborhood. We began by enjoying the Wisconsin "Friday Night Fish Fry's" which were excritiellent. At first, it was fun... More

I went here for the first time a couple of months ago to meet friends for dinner. We brought our toddlers, so we were all glad to see that they had highchairs for the little ones. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable. The decor is Northwoods-themed, so there was a lot of wood, antlers, fish and birds. The waitress was... More

Newer building with modern Northwoods style with a sports bar atmosphere. LOTS of big screen Tv's, even in the bathrooms! Love the log furniture, real trees, and ambience lighting. The food is primarily sandwiches, burgers, and some entrees and flavor is pretty standard, no adventurous food preparation of flavor sheer but the food is solid. There are volleyball courts &... Visited on a Sunday for lunch - food and service was excellent! Loved all the TVs - would be a great place to watch a Packer game. Had shaved prime rib sandwich served with au jus and inside out crab rangoon. Crab rangoon wasn't my thing but others just rave about it. Great bloody marys served with an assortment of... More

We live in the area and have gone here several times. Sometimes it was great, sometimes it was average. Sometimes the same plate had both good and bad food on it (fish fry). A bit pricey for bar food. You can do better in Rhinelander or Eagle River.

Cross Country was recommended to us as a great place to have a burger and frys. I ordered the same and it was good, my wife ordered the ribs with homemade chips ( it was the special of the day ) and it was vey good. The decor is very Northwoods and nice and clean. The staff could not be... More
